When the light falls for the dark

Light

I can't believe I just did that
I kissed nico, my angel
In front of the whole camp
And he kissed me back.
HE KISSED ME BACK
"WILL," I heard nico say, jolting me out of my thoughts
"Oh, sorry, I zoned out" I replied, I was sitting on nicos bed in the hades cabin, it was almost midnight
"Nico it's late you should sleep" I say sternly
" You need it" but as I looked over at nico , I saw that he was already asleep,
He was so peaceful.
And that's when I realized,
I love nico.
I really do.
With all my heart.

I know what everyone thinks, that he is creepy, scary, and has no emotions, but I know that's just the mask he puts up to protect him from others, and himself. the REAL nico, the one behind the mask, is caring kind, brave, strong, and broken inside. I know I can heal broken bones, sickness, and other wounds, I have never had a cause to try to heal a broken soul, but now I do. and I will do whatever it takes to heal him.
"I love you nico," I say to his sleeping form " and I will do whatever it takes to make you mine, you are the most amazing person I have ever met, and you really are my sunshine, my light in a world of dark."
As I begin to walk out of the room I hear nico's soft voice " I love you too will"
