Rasasvada: The taste of bliss in the absence of all thoughts
So Kim pulled on her mask, pulling out a clip point knife from its sleeve attached to her belt.
She climbed the pole that had the CCTV attached to it at the tip with the agility of her gymnastics skills she acquired when she was younger. Staring into the camera with her mask on before slitting the cables as quietly as possible. She hopped off and looked at her watch before attaching a suppressor to her pistol.
Calmly, she picked the lock on the back door of the house as the clock struck 1 am.
This was her 6th victim.
Her shoes kept her movements light and stealthy, wandering around the house as she owned it. She walked up the stairs and opened the door to the teenager she recognised from a long time ago. Carefully, she lifted the blanket and tapped her awake.
Her eyes fluttered open, but was overcome with horror as she saw the mask. She opened her mouth to scream, but So Kim quickly pressed an index finger to the victim's mouth.
"You scream, and I will make sure you will cut off your parents' arms with your own bare hands." So Kim glared at her, watching tears rolled down the side of her face.
"Get up." So Kim pulled off her mask and looked at Han Eul in the eye.
"I'm sorry, So Kim. I know what I did wrong, please don't-"
"Get out of your bed. Now." She pulled the hammer of her pistol.
Han Eul sobbed quietly, shaking gently.
"Oh man, don't make me count." So Kim snorted, looking around the room for any cameras. Han Eul gritted her teeth, knowing that whatever she did to So Kim in the past was her fault. But she didn't want to die.
"Alright then. Three..." So Kim pulled out a small camera on the shelf by her study desk, shooting the electrical source.
"Two." Han Eul found the energy in her legs to stand up.
"Good girl. Turn off the security cameras in your house and give me the tapes." Han Eul nodded, running into the security room and shutting down all the security cameras, realising that she had never once thought that she would die so silently. She pulled out the tapes, leaving one behind.
"All of them, Han Eul." She gritted her teeth.
Han Eul sorrowfully pulled out the last tape, handing it over to So Kim. So Kim gave her a disgusting friendly smile, loading all the tapes into her bag.
"Let's go for a spin, shall we?"
Han Eul led her into the garage, the scent of the rich household making So Kim's stomach upset.
"Drive it to the warehouse 5 blocks down." So Kim got into the car, reaching out to close the door when Han Eul yanked on her hair and tried to grab the pistol and knife. So Kim yelled, elbowing her and skilfully locked her arm behind her back, the pistol and knife in between them.
"Seriously Han Eul. You know that the serial killer this town is known for gouging out eyeballs, taking out males taller and heavier than her, slitting their throats and clean everything of evidence and she's still on the loose. And you choose to mess with her? You're a puny little piece of shit, Han Eul. Always fucking relying on your rich parents and bragging about the things you have when none of them is even bought with your own fucking money. And also all your rich friends that- oh wait. I killed them already, haven't I? Aren't you supposed to be smart? Oh, I forgot. Your scholarship was paid for!" So Kim laughed hysterically, picking up the knife and pistol with her left hand while her right still held Han Eul in a locked position.
