Seasons spent well together

I am not too close to you,

And not too far.

Yet I stand here looking at the star.

Sometimes I roam around smelling,

The scent of some beautiful flowers

Sometimes I try to enjoy the mighty showers.

The blossoms sometimes are,

What we had, the bitter and sweet.

The flashes of the seasons spent,

Together with you repeat.

And sometimes when I fall in the sheet,

The spring is dawned upon me,

And the summer with its heat.

The rains then come with a kind of joy,

To aid a secluded and lonely boy.

No, we shall meet again and enjoy,

But can we be again the same?

Are the flowers or the words to be blamed?

Nothing lasts forever I know,

But why didn't you,

For the last time's sake came?

I know you my friend very well.

There's nothing 'bout you I can't tell.

It must have been crucial,

Were you planning something special?

Will you come at last to me?

Or was it the time,

To you, that I would see?

Come fast for friendship's sake,

And what is truly yours you shall at last take.
