Desmond Suppasit was born without a sliver spoon, he grew up with a father who worked day in and out in a factory that paid next to nothing that would feed him his wife and five children in the small town of theirs in China. His mother on the other hand was a meat seller in the market which actually brought in more money than his father.

As years went by though, the chemicals in the plant led to him falling really sick and it had taken so much effort from his family to get him back on his feet. With that he decided to quit the job and joined his wife in the market to sell meat fish and other fresh foods  with the little savings he still had. His sons and daughters of course joined in and soon enough the business was becoming successful. They weren't rich, or amongst the average class, but they were no longer considered poor and that was enough for them. Since they had such a big family and people already judges them for it.
His father sent his siblings who had refused to attend university since it was so expensive to learn different trades under different masters.
Desmond had a sister who owned her own hair saloon now. Another a tailor, a brother who was a manager in a shopping mall, after getting his secondary school certificate another sister who took over the family trade.
But he was the last born and his mother said the luckiest since he got a full ride scholarship to study in a good university.
All he had to do was do the part-time jobs in other to pay for feeding and any other cost of leaving, since his books was covered by the scholarship as well as his accomodations.
