Serena

I was busy strumming my guitar when the owner of the Resto bar called me

"Serena, ready na ang stage"

I nodded at her and smiled. She handed me a folded paper

"This is the last song you will perform for tonight, they're waiting for you"

She smiled at lumabas na. I took a deep breath bago tumayo. Lumabas ako at nakitang nakaset up na ang stage. I immediately got their attention when I started strumming. Yeah, this is my part time job. Medyo matagal na rin ako dito at kasundo na halos lahat ng crew, they're nice and of course si Ate Sugar din

I really love this song, somehow it resemble some parts of my life. Lagi kong nakikita na nag aaway si Mom at Dad noon at wala man lang ako magawa kundi ang panoorin sila

Before the accident happened, they decided to get divorce and right there, I realized maybe that was the only way to save their heart from so much pain. Breaking up with someone you loved doesn't mean you're a quitter, maybe that was the best option you had to save the both of you from falling apart even more
