Let us not forget that there is a #all lives matter going around. No one said all lives didn't matter. Let's not forget that #black lives matter wouldn't be going on if we had just integrated ourselves instead of segregation. As a person of colour I don't see why the some of the whites (racists) should thank they have more privilege than the black people. I mean think of it. White is also a colour for goodness sake, so why treat others differently? Why can't we all just live in peace and harmony before the end of time arrives?
Why can't we all just accept that we're all human beings and live together in peace and harmony. Do y'all remember that once scene in hairspray where the Conny Collins show included the black people into it. It was so much fun after that.
Let's do that and after we can all get some checkerboard cake.
We need as much support as we can get to spread the awareness right now. I really do hope that dark skinned people would stop being oppressed.
