Chapter 1

Hey guys, I'm kinda new and this is my first story so sorry for the grammar and spelling mistakes here and there. I'm gonna try to update once a week (maybe daily if I'm lucky)and sorry if I don't. Ah, yes and I do not own any of these characters (sadly)

Percy's POV

For starters, my day SUCKED. This was not the life I had imagined it to be after Gaia and all, for those who do not know me, I am Perseus Jackson, Son of Poseidon. I am here to tell you about my story, the story of how I became a Guardian. And here is how it went...

It all started when that dick came to Camp. That half-brother of mine, as I was at the beach with Annabeth, we heard a scream coming from Thalia's pine tree and we decided to head over to check it out. When we got there, there was a boy with raven black hair and sea green eyes just like mine. And behind him was good' ol Beefboy and a bunch of hellhounds. Annabeth took on the hellhounds while I took care of the Minotaur.

"Hey! Beefboy, ready for Round 3?" I yelled out. As a response, it roared and came charging at me, swinging its Omega axe carelessly. Huh, too easy. At the last second, I sidestepped and plunged Riptide into its side. It roared in agony as it disintegrated into golden dust.

I turned to the boy who was curled up into a ball and reached my hand out to him. He grabbed my hand. "What's your name, kid?" I asked as I pulled him up. "Adam, Adam Green" (sorry to all the Adams and the Greens our there) he responded. As soon as he said that, a glowing trident appeared on top of his head. Wow. Dad, you guys really can't keep a promise, can you? Oh well looks like I have a half-brother.

Well you must be thinking "Percy has a half-brother, yay! And this is going to go perfectly well!" Well... I guess you're wrong. Days later, as I walked through camp, campers will glare daggers at me as Adam would frame me for all those bad stuff I did to them. And soon enough, people stopped talking to me and started to jeer at me, and the only people that trust me are the Seven, Nico, Thalia and the other old campers.

Once there was a hoard of monsters which you can only find in a monster army that attacked camp, well long story short we won but when we were rewarded, that Adam demanded for godhood and the gods fricking ACCEPTED that request now he's the Guardian of the camp.

When I came back from a quest from Athena to marry Annabeth, I heard cheers and whistles and as I looked closer I saw my stinking half-brother kissing a blonde, more like sucking their faces of each other, and when I looked closer, that blonde was Annabeth. My eyes widened in horror as I felt like a knife stabbed through my heart over and over again.

"ANNABETH! HOW COULD YOU! I HAVE GONE THROUGH HELL WITH YOU! I HAD TO GET THE GOLDEN APPLES OF IMMORTALITY AND DEFEAT LADON JUST TO MARRY YOU! LOOKS LIKE YOU DON'T NEED IT ANYMORE" I screamed as I took out the box that had the ring and threw it on the ground. I also took out the two golden apples of immortality I had planned that we eat together and with my bare hand, I crushed the apples and threw them on the ground.

I rushed to my cabin and packed my things. This is just too much, I can't bear it, I have to go. Just as I went to the border of the camp, the Seven and others  except for Thalia since she's with the hunters, came to me.

"I'm leaving and don't try to stop me" I threatened as I tried to hold back my tears. You know, it's really hard to try and sound menacing when your girlfriend broke up with you. Surprisingly, they came forward and gave me a hug.

"Just try to IM us from time to time" Nico said as he crushed me in a bear hug.

"I think I will" I chuckled as I prepared to leave camp.

I hauled a taxi to go to my mom's apartment and when I walked into the house, I saw my mom and Paul lying dead on the floor. Saying I was horrified was an understatement, bullet holes could be seen from both sides as their faces only showed fear. I quickly ran to the Empire State Building to talk to the Gods. I walked into the building and asked for the 600th key from the guy. I had enough shit today so I slammed Riptide on the table as the poor guy gave me the key. I walked towards the elevator and blah blah blah the usual thing. I walked into the throne room of the gods and the gods, as usual, were bickering like children.

I sighed and coughed loudly to get their attention and sure enough, they turned around with a surprised look on their faces.
"What is the matter, son?" Dad asked with concern. I took a deep breath and answered.

"I want to die"

I know it's not that good but. Hey I tried. If you have any suggestions on books I should do then go ahead I ain't stopping you
