Death Is a beautiful thing ~Afterdeath story~ (Rewrite In Progress)

Meeting "Death" (original part)

(This is my first time actually writing something so be kind if you decide to leave criticism)

Geno pov:
It was a boring day in the save screen and I was wondering if i should get up and do something dangerous. Classic had always told me never to leave the save screen and I'm curious as to if i would dust but before I could open a portal a figure appeared.
"Geno it seems like your time has come. do you want to go easily or the hard way?" The figure said
"H-how do you know my name and who even are you?" Geno asked slightly scared

he figure of another skeleton in a cloak appears behind Geno "the names Reaper...Reaper Sans, and you Geno should have been dead a long time ago.."

Geno watches reaper closely "wh-what do you mean by that? I know I should have been dead but why do you want to kill me?"

Reaper chuckles "It's my job to bring the souls of those who have to die to the afterlife"

geno stepped back trying to get away from this so called reaper sans, his glitches over his eye and the ones surrounding his body started glitching badly "l-leAve mE a-aLonE t-tHeres a wArniNg b-BuDdy hehEhEH" his voice started glitching out of a state of panic trying to figure out a way to get away

"Woah woah buddy calm down if you want more time then I'll say that your soul passed on on its own just clam down okay?" Reaper stated trying to calm the smaller skeleton speaking in a calm tone to try and help geno

geno didn't trust this skeleton he went over to the other side of the save screen away from the other skeleton sitting down and looking deep into the black nothingness "i-I mISs ya p-pap..."

"Pap..? I can let you have a bit of time with your papyrus if you want and maybe if you don't hate me afterwards we can talk for a bit cause it seems like your really bored" reaper gives a small kind smile hoping to try and help geno as best as he can without touching him and possibly actually killing him

"heh i c-cant die ya know...and m-my papyrus i-is dead s-so ya know, b-believe me i t-tried so many t-times to die...but l-life doesn't w-work like that for m-me buddy" geno stated still being cautious of reaper not sure if he'll hurt him or not

"Oh trust me I know a couple of ways to help you see your brother considering I'm a god and all" reaper shrugs like its no big deal

"heheeheHeHHEHeh ah thats So fUNny buddY believe me i watch over all these timelines and not even a god could make me see my Brother again..." Geno sighs curling in a ball his knees to his chest as he dug is face into his paps scarf "i-it just hurts...why hAvenT i dIEd yet...After so many tries...i fail every time...."

"Geno.. You have to trust me that I know what I'm doing. A god of death can actually bring souls back temporarily" Reaper seems a bit hurt with what geno was saying

"hEh i already know that but you cant.... my paps soul got destroyed poof gone...heh i was the lucky one i guess... well since you've been here i only have 1/3 of a soul left heheh some from the past and some self harm so yeah you get on how bad i wanTeD to die... stiLl do what do You exPect? im alone i haVe been for a very long time..."

No ones pov:
"Geno how about I stay here for a bit so that you and I can talk and if you don't hate me be friends" reaper got down on his legs in a sitting action "You don't have to be alone anymore geno we can be there for each other"

Geno now had tears streaming down his face "y-yOu woUld actUaLly s-s-sTay with t-ThIS monster? he swipe his hand over his eye the glitches went away and reaper saw his eye socket looked like it was melted "h-HeH s-s-sEE a t-TOtAl m-mOnsTEr anD a bRoKEn bEIng..."

"Geno I refuse to let you think of yourself like that you aren't broken too much but what monster isn't?" Reaper stated moving closer to geno slowly "Even if you were your still cute-" he stops himself there hiding his face in his cloak hood clearly embarrassed

Geno looks at him slightly surprised and he had a light blush dusted across his face, and his spark lit back up again reaper got geno's spark back

"Don't mind me.. I understand if you don't think of me like that i wasn't thinking-"

geno bushed more now it was visible to reaper and he saw a small smile on geno's face "h-heh you know w-what i t-think i d-do feel that w-way for you.."

"Wait really?" Reaper shows his face slightly you can see he's slightly shocked and happy with a lot of blush showing

Geno chuckles innocently and nods reaper can tell on how innocent geno really is

"Well I'm glad you feel the same way and just know if we do get together then I'll never hurt you in any way" Reaper reaches out to touch Geno's hand

Much to Reaper's surprise Geno didn't die from his touch, and Geno smiled at the kind words and got used to the small touch

Reaper smiles "you really are something special aren't you?"

Geno blushed again nervously chuckling "heheh i guess so" he smiles at reaper so innocently and he yawned a kitten yawn and ended up curling up in reapers lap soon falling asleep

"Looks like I'm stuck here until he wakes up and man I hope he takes his time waking up" Reaper states and smiles like crazy lovestruck
