The weekend came to life as my saturday afternoon was blessed with the sun glistening on my body and my dark rich skin shining out. Robert had convinced me to go to the beach to enjoy myself and I had gladly agreed.
A lot of people were at the beach mostly people my age and from my school. Although Hayley said she had to go somewhere with her family I was not that lonely. I decided to go and get a drink and cool myself down when I passed through a group of guys playing volleyball
Without me having to look to verify it the big bouncy ball was thrown my way and it hit my back hard and I fell. People around me started laughing and I pushed my hair sideways to hide my threatening tears.
I kept myself down on the ground until I heard a deep voice talk to me.
"Umm excuse me I'm so sorry the ball hit you miss it was a mistake" I looked up and the guy literally held his hand out and I was shocked to see him
"Wes !" I quickly got up and shyly rubbed my bikini to free it from dust
"Hallway girl"
"Please call me Annie I extended my hand to greet him"
"Ahhhh I'm sorry about that" he said as he pushed his hair back
"Totally cool"
"Wesley" I heard a guy call from the court"
"Well it was nice meeting you Annie but I have to go see you at school angel " he winked as he went back
With a blush plastered on my face I went on to grab my juice

Sunday passed boringly slow and Monday morning came on hold. As always classes passed by and lunch time finally came. I made my way to Hayleys table where her friends seated .
There was Matt the geeky nerd with blue braces, Sophia the greeneyed blonde girl with big rounded glasses and Hayley herself.
"Hi guys " I greeted them .and unisons of heys erupted from the table. I started eating my food when Sophias eyes widened as she adjusted her glasses.
I looked her way and saw Wesley approaching our way and he leant down and seated himself next to me
"Hey Wes what are you doing here"
"Why do you call me Wes"
"Answer me first Wes"
"Well come on I came to see my angel duh" ...
