Josh and Maya were sitting outside the apartment in the park while they knew they had to get started in making Lists for the new house.
"Okay, what do you think should we look for?" Josh asked.
"Definitely a five bedroom place. It has to be spacious with a big enough kitchen. Why don't we go out of New York? Maybe more towards Philadelphia or even a different place," Maya said.
"Okay, what about we try and go for... Tennessee? We can do Nashville or so," Josh said.
"That's a good idea. Maybe even California. Okay let's figure out where we are going to start our life before we do the listing," Maya said.
