At least I get my own room, and Hagu gets her own room.
Since this is a small inn, the others have to sleep together in the kotatsu.
Actually, I noticed Kanon-chan didn't say much the whole ride here.
I almost forgot she had even tagged along...
Huh? Everyone is eating dinner at the main room in the dining hall, but where is Kanon-chan?
Oh, she's asleep under the kotatsu.
She looks like a cute little jellyfish while sleeping.
She suddenly woke up and looked around.
"Fuueeeee?!" she squealed. "Where'd everyone go?!"
She turned to me and got nervous.
"(Y/N)? I'm lost again, where am I?"
"Relax, Kanon-chan... this is our room. Everyone is out eating."
"Our room? Oh, I was so in awe of Mount Fuji, that I forgot where I was..."
Leave it to Kanon-chan to be that airheaded. How adorable.
"Well... I'm hungry. Wanna come with me to eat?" Kanon-chan asked.
"No, thanks. I'm full after eating all that sushi. I'll stay."
Kanon-chan smiled and nodded as she left. I sat down for a bit, thinking of Hagu.
Wonder what she's doing?
Causing trouble for Misaki or the innkeepers with Kokoro?
I then remembered something...
The hot springs!
Since everyone is eating anyway, I should have a chance to soak for a bit.
It's a rare chance that I'll get to be alone! I'd better take advantage of it.
Location: Open Air Hot Spring
The hot springs are just beyond this curtain.
I'm wearing nothing but a towel, and I can't wear it in there, so I'll have to take it off and face the world. Luckily, no one will be here to see me naked.
I closed my eyes and breathed in.
I slowly lowered myself into the warm water.
"Ahhhhh," I said aloud. "That feels good."
I put my hand onto the side, and I touched something... like someone's chest area.
I quickly opened my eyes and noticed Misaki sitting next to me.
"Eeeeek!" I jumped up and freaked out. "M-Misaki?!"
I touched her chest!
I thought those kinds of shenanigans only happened in anime...
But this time, it was by accident!
She didn't seem surprised.
"Oh, hey, (Y/N)."
"Why didn't you say anything?" I asked. "I thought you were eating!"
"I didn't want to make a scene. Also, uh..."
Misaki looked at me, and I wondered why. She pointed to the area that I was afraid of her seeing the most.
I forgot I wasn't wearing anything, and therefore I was exposed. I quickly hid my embarrassed self in the water.
"Ahem... I, uhh..." I was red and blushing. "You saw nothing."
She saw it! I'm never gonna live this down.
When I'm old and grumpy with Hagu, Old Lady Misaki will tease me saying,
'Hey, remember when I saw your perky little guy in the hot springs?'
