when felix read that text, he practically rushed to the eldest's room. there sat chan, the groupchat's conversation plastered on his laptop screen with his shattered phone beside him.

felix could feel chris's sigh of relief. he gently laid his arm on his hyung's shoulder. "chris are you gonna tell her?"
"for the last time felix, NO!" chan stood, shoving felix's arm off his body.
"fine. be that way." he huffed, storming out of the bedroom. - jaehyun stepped out of her apartment building and onto the cool sidewalk. the rain was pouring down and it was pitch black yet she didn't seem to care. she just sat on the bench of a bus stop in the pouring rain, her clothes soaked. she opened up a little bottle of alcohol that connor gave to her. it was nothing too big, just something to help mute those intrusive thoughts in her head that popped up every once and a while. she just watched the rain pour and the people cross the sidewalk. some were digging for umbrellas, some texting mindlessly on their phones. she wondered where they were going and why they were doing the things they were doing. jae absent-mindedly messaged kai.

ME i fell in love with kpop but i fell in love once with a person and then we broke up and i thought i was going to die, right then and there i WANTED to die right then and there heartbreak hurt so badly but then i found chris and the rest of stray kids and my depression just kind of left and then i fell in love with them but i never want to love again

ME i know but sometimes i wish i could thank them for the times they saved me i wouldn't be here without them
