Chapter 4: MOVIES

Maya's POV
We were sitting on the couch when we heard a knock at the door
"I'll be right back" Lucas said
"K" I said
I thought I heard Farkle and Riley come in so I decided to get up and check
"Maya!" Riley screamed
"Riley!" I screamed back
"What are u guys doing here?" I asked looking at Riley and Farkle who were standing in The entrance way.
"We came to see u" Farkle said
"Why we saw eachother earlier" I said laughing
"We just came to make sure ur boyfriend was treating u right" Farkle said with a somewhat serious look
"I'm fine Lucas is being a gentleman" I said with Lucas looking at me smiling
Farkle has always been there for me along with riles. he's always been kinda like and older brother, always looking out for me espically when it come to boys.
"We were just about to the movie, u guys wanna watch" Lucas said holding up the movie
"U were gonna watch that with Maya?" Farkle said seriously
Riley and I just stood there next to each other watching the boys talk.
"Yea what's the problem" Lucas said
"The problem is is that Maya hates scary movies and Is afraid of them!" Farkle yelled
"Hey man calm down Maya said she was cool with it" Lucas said putting his arm around my shoulder.
"Maya why would u say that" Farkle said
"It's ok really lets just watch the movie I'll be fine" I said a little worried
"Whatever" Farkle said sternly while talking Riley's hand
"It's ok he'll calm down" Riley whispered in my ear trying to reassure me.
Riley and Farkle sat down on the white couch while Lucas and I sat on the gray one. Farkle had Riley wrapped up in his arms. I just sat next to Lucas, his arm around me ,my head on his shoulder. As the movie started I thought I was going to be fine, but as the movie went on it got scarier and scarier. I screamed and jumped into Lucas's lap. Lucas held me I his arms and wouldn't let go of me.
"It's ok I've got u" he whispered in my ear
"Thanks" I whispered back
By the time the movie ended Riley fell asleep and I was still I. Lucas's lap. I felt so safe. Why?
"Well Riley and I should get going"Farkle said standing up. he was trying to shake Riley up
"I'll walk u out" I said to Farkle, riles started waking up
"Wait a minute, ur staying here?"farkle said
"Yea it'll just be one night farkle" I said
"Yea man don't worry, I'll take good care of her" Lucas said smirking. I think that just made Farkle even more worried and angry. Riley stood up.
"What did I miss" she said we bothe laughed
"Maya says she's staying over" Farkle said with a tone
"Farkle it's ok we trust Maya she'll be fine"she winked at me I winked back.
She was always on my side, I was always on hers. We are the best friends EVER.
"It ok Farkle I'll be fine" I said
"Come on Farkle" Riley said dragging him out by the arm. as I walked Riley out Farkle went back in he said he was goin to talk to Lucas. uh oh.
Lucas's POV
"look Lucas, I don't know if this is just part of ur stupid little game, but if u hurt Maya I'll hurt u. Riley and Maya are best friends and Maya is like a sister to me me so don't do anything stupid."Farkle said to me all serious. why would I want to hurt Maya I really lik- wow that was close.
"I won't dude I wont" I said to him.
Farkle and I headed out the front door to see Maya and Riley chit chatting.
"Oh hey boys how'd the talk go" Maya said
"Great" Farkle said faking it like he didn't haut threaten me
"Oh good" Riley said " now let's go Farkle it's late and I'm tired" she said
Maya's POV
Lucas and I walked back inside the house.
"I'm tired I think I'm gonna head to bed" I said yawning
"Ok here I'll walk u up babe" he said smiling
"K"i said back he grabbed my bad and walked me up to his room
"Aren't I staying in the guest room" I said pointing down hall
"Nope ur staying with me tonight" he said closing the door behind him
"Fine, but don't get any ideas or I think Farkle might just kill u" I said laughing
Lucas and I got I into bed together and I was really cold.
"Hey Lucas" I said
"Yea baby" he said. God I love it when he calls me that
"I'm cold" I said
Lucas wraps his arms around me pulling me In closer to him against his chest ( he has no shirt on)
"Better?" He said
"Yea" i said I'm glad he couldn't see me tough cuz I was blushing so hard
