"U-uh anyways, (y/n) was showing me this Halloween event coming up. She wants to take the amusement park group with her, so you wanna come?"
Suna asked, quickly changing the subject.

"Yeah, sure."
Osamu replied.

He sounded so cold, and distant.
Or was that just Osamu being himself?
Either way, you couldn't tell.

"Alright, can you let Atsumu know too?"
you asked.

Osamu nodded, and started walking away from the picnic table.
He had his hands in his pockets and seemed to be staring at his shoes.

"He looks down."
you thought aloud.

"Yeah, he does."
Suna replied.
But he knew exactly why Osamu was acting this way, he obviously hadn't gotten over you yet.

"Anyways, I gotta head by home. See you tomorrow?"
Suna asked, as he slowly stood up.

You nodded, as you watching Suna walk away.

"Sorry Kita, but I can't pick between them so soon."
you thought, as you looked up at the cloudy sky.
Then you felt a raindrop hit your face.

"Shit, it's gonna start raining."
You quickly pulled your hoodie over your head, and headed home.

"Ok class, listen up! We're going to split up in groups for the science project. I have already assigned groups, so please check the board to find your partner."
Your teacher replied as he motioned towards the blackboard.

It was Monday morning, and you had barely gotten any sleep last night.
You had your head down on your desk, trying to take a quick nap.

"Oi, (y/n)."
You heard a voice call out.

Slowly, you lifted your head up, and saw Mei.

"Mei?"
you asked, as you rubbed your eyes.

"We're partners."
She said in a monotone voice.

"Oh...alright."
you replied.

"Great I get partnered up with a girl who hates me."

The incident at the field trip, had made it clear to you that rumors had been circulating throughout the school about you.
Mei was one of the people who heard those rumors.

"So, i'm guessing that you're gonna have me do all the work."
Mei sighed as she pulled up a chair.

"What?! No, I'm doing work too."
you answered as you grabbed a piece of paper from your notebook.

Mei looked a bit shocked by your response.

"Don't judge me because of the shit you've heard."
you calmly replied, as you started writing down your plans for the project.

"Fine, then answer this question for me."
Mei demanded.

You looked over at her, and nodded. Ready to answer whatever question she had.
