Hinata POV
It smells different.
Not like the wooden furniture I normally sleep in.

It's smells good.
It smells familiar.
It smells like...

I quickly shoot up when I remember where I am.

I pant and turn red when I think back to what happened last night.

Did I really crawl into Kageyamas bed?
He wasn't here now, but I did, didn't I?

I look up.
Kageyamas standing by the door, completely calm.

He's wearing an apron without a shirt and signs, 'morning, sunshine'

I feel myself become red and sign back, 'good morning'

He smiles and leaves, probably to continue making breakfast.

He definitely woke up first right?
That means he knows that I was the one who crawled into his bed?
And he put his arm around me?
And he's cool with that?

I get a message from him.
Hurry up, breakfast's nearly ready.

I smile and hold the phone to my chest, getting up and putting the rest of my clothes on.

As soon as I walk out of his room, the smell of fresh meat and eggs makes me hungry.

'I didn't know you could cook' I sign to him.

He smiles at me, big and genuinely and I feel my heart wanting to explode.

I sit at the fancy wood table and watch him as he cooks.

He looks so concentrated, like when he plays volleyball, not that same clueless expression I see everyday when we're in class.

He puts a plate in front of my and in front of himself, we say grace and dig in.

I almost start shaking when I take a bite. It's so good.

Kageyama looks at me, smiling nervously.
I put a thumbs up, as if to tell him that I really like it.

He starts eating as soon as I take a bite.

Although, I'm doing most of it, he tries signing to me throughout the meal.

He's does really well, like he's been practicing.

I get to my last bite when my phone buzzes.
It's from my mum.

You better come home right now!

'Mum?' Kageyama signs.
I sigh and put my phone down signing, 'It's ok'

Now that I think about it, I haven't seen anyone in the house besides Kageyama and I.

I ask him about it.

'Where are your parents'

He sighs and looks down almost sadly.

'Gone' he signs 'They travel a lot'

I can tell that he's only trying to play it cool, that in reality he's really upset about it.

'Do you miss them?' I sign.

He said something this time.

"How can I miss people who aren't even here!" he snaps.

Even though I can't hear his voice, I still jump at the vibrations of his slamming his hands on the table.

'Sorry' he signs.

I smile at him.

'I'm here' I sign. He looks at me, wide eyed. 'Now I'm here.'

He smiles at me.

"Duh"

Kageyama POV
I throw my old Kitagawa First hoodie on him and lead him outside.

The hoodie was much too small on me, but on him it was almost like a large dress.

He seemed to like it though.

It was still pretty cold, but it wasn't snowing like it was yesterday.

It was Saturday and beautiful.

'Are you going home?' I sign.

He shakes his head.

'I got to pick up Natsu first'

I'm happy about that, that he can stay away from home just a little longer.

'Be safe' I sign.

He looks a little confused, before giggling.
He takes my hands and fits them in the proper way to say 'be safe'

I guess I messed up the JSL.

I blush a little and he giggles.
'see you soon' he signs as he goes to leave.

I didn't want him to leave.
I could hear the thought of him leaving.

"Wait!" I say.
He can't hear me, and continues to head out.

I grab his arm.
He turns around.

This face is soft and confused.
I want it.

I grab it and pull it closer.
He panics, but doesn't pull away.

I pull him in, and too embarrassed to follow through with what I was originally going to do, pull him into a big hug.

I look away, flustered.
He smiles and gives me an equally big hug back.

'see you soon' I sign as he leaves.

Hinata POV
I jump on my bike, blushing like an idiot.
Internally I'm screaming at myself.

Did that really happen.
He hugged me like that?

For a moment I thought he was going to kiss me, but a hug like that was almost as good.

As soon as he's out of sight, I let out a silent 'Yes!' and happily pedal to wherever Natsu is.

When I knock on the door, a tall blonde woman opens it.

I smile at her.
'Natsu' I mouth.

She's been here a couple of times so the lady knows who I am and who I'm here for.

She gives me a smile back and says something.
As I read her lips my stomach drops.

"Your mother already picked her up"
