Prologue
"I, for one, was not concerned about the feelings of love. What does it even do? It builds you up to your most vulnerable side, and then breaks you like a potato chip. In the state of ignorance, it slowly slips inside you and vanishes in your naive heart of trust. Love feeds off of you and leaves you empty. You give so much, and in return it leaves you with nothing but pain. The moment it leaves, your ears will hear a horrid sound. Do you know what it is? The sound of your lonesome heart shattering. I contemn the morals of love stories and the unreachable fantasies they hold. Believing the sadistic world had enough love for everyone was toilsome. Therefore, I have nothing to believe in. "
