I would like to shortly address something before you dive into this fun little Rise of the Guardians story.
This tale is a passion project that was initiated after watching the movie, where I was perplexed by a lack of backstory and motivation to Pitch's character. This was before I knew the movie was based off of an already well-developed series, the Guardians of Childhood.
As a result, the backstories seen here reflect only what I was able to glean from the movie, and is thus very different and inaccurate based on information from the Guardians of Childhood books, if you are someone who has read the series.
That said, I do hope you can still thoroughly enjoy this adaptation to the story! :)
