Chapter 1: a nice forest walk

Your name is (Y/N) (L/N), and you want to find a cryptid. You see, your life is not really vibing for you and on top of that you don't really know what to do about that. You've decided to take your mind off off of it all and try to find a cryptid you know doesn't exist, but you thought "what if it did?" so of course you get your survival gear and set out into the nearby heavily dense forest to find a cryptid. You thought it would be fun but after a few hours of going deep into the forest it begins to get dark and your not so sure you know the exact way back. "Aw fuck, did I pass that same tree a g a i n?" On top of not knowing really where you are, you are going in circles and lost your sense of direction how fun. You look around and all you can see is tall trees and birds flying away from the origin of the sound. It was louder this time so I should be getting closer,, but do I really want too?" You start to question "what if it is real? What if there is a live cryptid?" You chose the worst moment to look behind yourself "wHA HU-" because as you do you slip and hit your head on a flat stone while potentially and probably snapping your ankle, ouch. "Arghh.." in a daze the last thing you see before you blackout completely is Siren head picking you up, you heard how Siren head kills it's prey and you expect a fast and painless death from it thinking "oh wow this I really it for me. Maybe my life wasn't that bad, I would change alot but I'm ok with this one" as you brace yourself for what's to come, nothing happens. You open your eyes to see one of Siren head's sirens close up and that's the last thing you saw before you blacked out completely
