Yuri laid on the couch next to the four duel runners staring at the ceiling. He, Jack, Yusei, and Crow had explained everything to Akiza, Leo, and Luna when they had returned from the duel. Now, while everyone else slept soundly, Yuri was wide awake. What was Walker on about, wanting to destroy the Signers and all? Yuri thought. He got up and slipped his boots on and pushed his runner out on the street. He started it up and went for a ride. He rode aimlessly through the streets, until he found himself in front of Bootleg's. He pulled over and went inside.

"Club soda," Yuri said, tossing some money on the counter. The bartender placed a glass and filled it with soda. Yuri sipped at it a little, looking over his shoulder. He noticed a guy sitting across the room, looking at him. "You looking for a duel pal?"

"Maybe just a round of King of the Deck, friend," the guy said, putting a deck down on the table. Yuri sat down across from him, putting his own deck down.

"Whoever draws the monster with the higher level wins," Yuri said.

"How about we double the stakes. Whoever wins keeps the other guys best monster," the guy said.

"How about we just play?" Yuri said, drawing a card. "Level six," Yuri said placing the card next to the deck. The guy pulled the next card off the deck.

"Level eight," the guy said.

"So I owe you my strongest monster," Yuri said.

"Or you can tell me why your here," the guy said.

"Why?" Yuri asked.

"I like a good story. Also, ever since the Daedalus Bridge opened, people are heading over to the bars there more than here," the guy said.

"It's just something a guy said during a duel today," Yuri said.

"Don't let it get to you kid. Most of those guys are wannabe's," the guy said. Yuri drained his glass and left.

"Thanks for the game," Yuri said. He rode through the city back to Zora's and snuck back in. He laid down on the couch and fell asleep. He dreamed he was falling through a void, darkness all around him. In the distance, he saw a light growing. Yuri landed hard on his feet in front of a large castle, pikes sticking in the ground. Yuri looked around, wondering where he was. Suddenly, a Blue-Eyes White Dragon and a Red-Eyes Black Dragon flew overhead, blasting a creature cloaked in shadow. The monster roared, jolting Yuri awake. He rubbed his eyes and looked outside. It was still dark out, and he went back asleep. A few hours later, Yuri woke up and rubbed his eyes and got up. Yuri walked into the kitchen area and poured himself a bowl of cereal.

"Good morning," Yusei said, pouring himself some juice.

"Morning," Yuri said, picking up some of his cereal and shoving it into his mouth. "You're out of milk."

"It's Jacks turn to buy milk," Yusei said.

"Good luck with that," Yuri said. He placed his bowl down and went to put on some clothes. He shoved his feet into his boots and laced them up.

"You look tired," Yusei said.

"Well, I did just wake up," Yuri said as he threw his jacket over his shoulders.

"I mean it looks like you barely slept," Yusei said. "What's wrong?"

"Just a bad dream. I'm not to worried about it. I'm more worried about what that Walker guy was talking about yesterday," Yuri said. He pushed his runner out of the garage.

"Well, your not gonna get any answers driving around aimlessly," Yusei said. He threw the tarp of his own duel runner off and started  to push it out after Yuri. They got on and rode through the streets. Yuri barely noticed where they were going. Yusei finally noticed and motioned for Yuri to pull over. "Are you sure your okay?" Yusei asked.

"Yeah, it's nothing. Just got my head somewhere else," Yuri said. "I had a weird dream last night is all."

"Oh. What was it about?" Yusei asked.

"It was stupid. There were duel monsters and a castle," Yuri said. "Don't worry about it."

"If you say so," Yusei said. The screen on his duel runner started flashing. Yusei pushed a button to answer. Crow appeared on the screen looking worried. "Crow, what's wrong?"

"I can't find Jack. I went to the coffee shop, but he wasn't there, and his runner wasn't in the garage this morning. Have you guys seen him?" Crow asked.

"No, we haven't. Why?" Yuri said.

"I can't find him. I've went out to yell at him to stop spending money we don't have, but he wasn't at the coffee shop, and then I found a weird note on the door," Crow said. "I've been out looking for him all morning."

"We'll split up to find him. We'll cover more ground that way," Yuri said, hopping back on his runner and starting it up. He rode through the city, Yusei riding in the opposite direction. Yuri rode into the city, trying to figure out where Jack could have gone. Yuri rode into the Kaiba Dome, hoping Jack was there dueling someone, but he wasn't. "Where could he be?" Yuri asked himself. His screen started blinking. Yusei appeared on it.

"I found him. He's turbo dueling. I'll send you the location," Yusei said. The location appeared on the screen. Yuri brought his runner around and barreled through the streets to the Daedalus Bridge. He pulled up next to Yusei and Crow.

"Where is he?" Yuri asked, joining Yusei and Crow.

"He's just about to turn the corner," Crow said. Jack and his opponent rounded the corner. Jack had Red Dragon Archfiend, Big Piece Golem, and Medium Piece Golem on his side of the field. His opponent had Arcane Magician monsters on the other side of the field. Jack activated his Speed Fusion and his golems disappeared in a flash of light. The light died out and Multiple Piece Golem had taken the place of Jacks golems. He spun his runner around and declared a final attack. Multiple Piece Golem attacked first, blowing the first Arcane Magician away. Then, Red Dragon Archfiend attacked with Absolute Powerforce, destroying the second monster. The other riders runner went into a tailspin. Jack rode up to him and said something, then rode away. He joined Yusei, Crow, and Yuri.

"What was that about?" Crow asked.

"Some guy calling himself Striker thinking he could take me down in a duel," Jack said.

"Did he say anything useful?" Yuri asked.

"Nothing we haven't already heard," Jack said. "Come on. Let's get out of here," Jack said. They mounted their runners and rode away.
