Appearance-When using this form Y/n's hair rises slightly his eyes turn silver and a purple blue and aura surrounds his entire body a silver line surrounds his body at all times white particles of energy shoot upwards a fire like energy also engulfs him but other then that nothing much changes of his appearance

Second form of the Quirk-Mastered Ultra Instinct (Locked)

Appearance-Silver hair in change of the regular hair in Ultra Instinct Sign it's slightly wider and more solid then normal having no loose strands the eyes change to a more stern look then before the eyes are still silver and the pupils are more visible his aura is changed slightly giving Y/n a silver and blue aura consisting of ripping fire like energy with white sparkling particles in a magnetic color

Ability-The complete version of Ultra Instinct Y/n's strength skyrockets to absurd levels even stronger then All Might his attacks become more quicker and fiercer the longer he stays in that form the stronger he becomes much more faster then he was in Sign

Story for Ultra Instinct-This unique Quirk was once seen when Quirks first started appearing this caused the user to become popular by both sides but one day the user went missing and was lost to time and is now seen as a myth taught in schools all over the world and stories told about it in campfires

And here's the bio I plan on rewriting this one so it's just one book not multiple chapters in multiple books I finally realized that it would have been too much of  a hassle and yes Y/n can use Ultra Instinct Sign but can only unlock it with extreme concentration not like he used to in the old version and Y/n and Momo are gonna have more romantic moments in this version I know they had some moments in the old one but not many and I felt they were kinda forced but I'm gonna make it more laid out and the relationship between the two will grow thanks for understanding and I'll see you in the first chapter
