Prologue

'what did I do to deserve all of this'I thought to myself as I was beaten by his so called friends and teammates "I can't believe was friends with a weakling like you." Ruby said to me as she continue on beating me but for some reason. she said it with a little bit of guilt in her voices as if she is regretting on everything she was doing to me. "The only reason why you were part of our team is because Ozpin said so, but that doesn't mean we treat you like one." Yang yelled out while Blake was silence as always but continued on beaten me "Do us all a favor and go kill yourself."Weiss said with a smug "And I thought I was weak, you are even more pathetic than I am." Jaune said with a mockery voice "I'm gonna enjoy breaking all of your legs." Nora said "you shouldn't have come to beacon in the first place you semblance-less bitch." Pyhrra said as they continue on beaten me before they had enough and walked away. I then try to stand up but was barely able to do it. Then I heard a voice behind him. "hey y/n are you OK?" I then turn around to see Lie Ren, ever since the bullying, he and Velvet are the only person in beacon Academy who had been nice to me. but surprisingly though Cardin, the biggest bully didn't pick at me in fact he look at me with pity and even try to stop his teammate from picking on me. "yes I'm find." I told him while holding on my wound"do you want me to take you to the school nurse?" Ren said with a bit of concern in his voice "no thanks, I can manage"I told him as I barley able to stand up straight "OK them, oh and I almost forgot.  Ozpin wanted to see you"I look at in confuse, what did Ozpin wanted to see me for"I will go and meet him right away"Ren then walk to where he need to be as I slowly try to make my way to Ozpin office

"You what to see me sir?" "yes y/n, now I'm afraid I had to let you go" y/n was shocked to hear this "WHAT, why?!" "Someone made a fake transcript of you and fool the council it was actually yours, the council found it out about the fake transcript and had told me to expelled you. I'm truly sorry y/n but the council force my hand, look I can try to convince them to-"y/n then cut him off "no need to Ozpin, you had done all you can with me, we both know that  this will happen eventually" Ozpin then look at his students eyes, he was shocked that his eyes was all emotionless.
He sighed "OK then, you can leave now" he said as y/n then go back to the elevator, Ozpin was then turn toward the window thinking on how he had fail y/n. Ever since the y/n had been bullied he had try everything in his power to stop it but no matter what he do it just doesn't work. He then sigh at this, another one of his many mistakes he had made throughout his life have been added to the telly mark, and as long as he live he couldn't forget the face of his student which will forever hunt him.
But then he realized something, y/n eye, it was barely noticeable but he could have sworn that y/n right eye had turn from e/c to blood red just a moment ago and not only that, he can sense the feeling of familiarity behind it as if he have seen it somewhere before but how?
Ozpin was in a deep though for about a few minute before he smiles, realized who could it have belong to"so, after all these years he finally come. How many years has it been since I met him?" "Who is coming sir?" He then turn around and saw Glynda standing their and silently cursed himself for not noticing her presence "Oh Glynda, when did you get here?" "Few seconds ago" Glynda said "now tell me who is this 'him' you were talking about?" "an old friend of mine" Ozpin told her truthfully "oh and that case I almost forgot about something" her face turn to serious one "y/n try to commit suicide" Ozpin was completely shocked at this "WHAT!!!"

(Still no POV)
"Hey! Where do you think your going loser?" Yang yelled but y/n continue to walk away "hey don't ignore us Weiss said as she walk in front of him and slap him which he just simply ignored and continue walking past her "um guys, don't you think we are a little to harsh on him?" Ruby said "nah, don't worry about it ruby that guy clearly deserved it" Yang tell her sisters "but do we really have to make a fake transcript and get him him expelled for this?" "Look Ruby you will understand it all once you are mature so don't worry about it" Weiss told her. The only reason why Ruby start bullying y/n was because everyone else have been doing it and that she thought it was also ok. At first she was against the idea but her sister had managed to convinced her to start doing it, she was gonna stop but was afraid of what other might think of her and with each passing day she started to rethink her decisions "Alright guys let go back to our dorm, I can't wait to beat up y/n again" Yang told the rest of her the team which they all agreed with her but Ruby was less enthusiast than other. On their way back to their dorm they then saw team JNPR and Cardin alongside Velvet next to their dorm door "guys what wrong?" Blake asked as they all turn to them with a worried expression "Guys its y/n, something bad just happened" Jaune told them "yeah what about that loser anyway?" Yang said not actually care at all "we all heard gunshot in there" Ren told them and their eye widen "WHAT?!" They all quickly unlock the door and their in the middle of the dorm was y/n in a pool of blood with an revolver next to him. "No..." Ruby whispered as tear beginning to poured through her eyes

(Timeskip to the nurse)
Ozpin then come out of the infirmary with team RWBY and JNPR and the other 2 people that didn't bullied y/n sitting their waiting for the news "how is he professor?" Ren told him "he's alive but had suffered brain damage and was in a coma for the next 3 weeks or so" he said as they all were sadden by this while Ruby was bursting in tear and kept on saying 'this is all our fault' with Yang was trying her best to calm her sister down but failing, soon they left the room to do what ever they were doing. Ozpin then sighed before going back into the infirmary to check on y/n and was surprised to see him sitting in the bed showing only his left side of his face and was completely fine as if nothing had happen at all "oh mr l/n, I see you have woken up from your coma how have you been?" He asked him with a smile but it was quickly die down when y/n turn his head towards him showing the blood red eye on his right side along with the vertical scar that he knows all to well "he didn't survive didn't he?" He told him which was confirm by the silence which he was then saddened by the news "I sorry, if I had done something sooner none of this would've happen" Ozpin told him which he then get off of the bed and put his hand on his shoulder conferring him "Ozpin, you done everything you can to help him, he may be dead but he still talk to me in my mind and remember what I told you all those years ago, don't hanged onto your mistakes and learn from then so that way you can prevent it from ever happened" he told him which he smile at this "thanks, now tell me after all these years, why did you come?" He told him "my reason are quite simple old friend" his expression turn into an angry one "I am here to undo the mistake those two fuck head had left behind, I mean seriously though I been gone for god know how long and the moment I come back those asshole decided to left their own creations, what the fuck!! When I got my hand on those two fuck Witt I'm gonna ripped them apart limbs from limbs" he yell before calming down while Ozpin slightly chuckle at this "you were always the angry one but then again it's good to have you back George."
