"I'm good." He answered with that business-like smile Lola had seen almost too often and doesn't think is genuine but looked like one. "And what about you Mrs Bakare?"

"Great." She replied.

"Thank God. Thanks for accepting my invitation to come to the house."

"It's always a pleasure." She said sincerely and she took a seat beside Lola.

"That's Lola, the girl I told you about." Demilade introduced the woman to Lola.

And Lola wondered what he had told this pretty woman about her. She hoped he had not bad-mouthed her. She thought while she nodded a greeting at the woman with a small smile on her lips.

"Good morning. I'm Mrs Rita Bakare." She introduced herself.

"Tiwalola Bamidele." She said and the woman stretched her hand forward for a shake and she took it.

Lola concluded that the woman was nicer than the other woman - Shola or Sholape or whatever her name was.

"I want you to do your magic on her and her closet," Demilade said.

"Don't worry Mr Demmy. I understand. You won't regret it when I'm done." She said confidently.

She looked at Lola. "She is a piece of work." And Demilade gave a small smile.

Lola didn't know what she meant by what she said but she said nothing and just watch the two of them.

"I want the best," Demilade said in his usual authoritative manner.

And the woman smiled and said confidently. "And you will get your wish. I promise you will love it when I'm done." She assured him.

"I know I can trust you Mrs Bakare. Just text me the amount." He concluded while he leaned back in his seat.

Lola wondered how much they will be spending on her for something she considered unnecessary. If only he had allowed her to be herself.

The woman's smile grew wider. She knew a large sum of money will be deposited into her account after this. That was the kind of business she love to do. She loves working with people like the handsome Mr Demilade. She was one of her best customers. And she always looked forward to working with him. They gave them a connection by helping her expand her work and they pay so well.

So the trip to his apartment had worth it.

"Of course." She told Demilade. She turned to Lola. "I think we have a long day ahead of us."

"Yes." Lola nodded standing up to her feet. She had had enough of the conversation that makes her feel like a rag doll.

"We will take our leave now Mr Demmy." Mrs Bakare said with her pretty smile and she also stood on her heels.

Demilade nodded also getting to his feet. He shook her hands one more time and he looked at Lola. He nodded at her and the two women walked out of the mansion.

The rest of the day was fun for Lola. She enjoyed every bit of her time with Mrs Bakare and her assistant Timileyin.

They had taken her to the salon first. There, she did her hair and was given a skin treatment that took long procedures and hours. She had been given the best treatment she ever dreamed of.

The place only was exceptional.

The hair attachment of a hair extension that was used on her head was damn expensive. It was nothing she had ever seen on her friends head. None of them can afford it.
