.Dick P.O.V.

"Okay." Bruce began with a worried sigh as we all stood on the door step of the Manor.

"Dick is in charge. I'll be away for three days, be good. Or atleast try to be. I love you all." Bruce said mumbling that last part, while walking towards what I think is the fourth most expensive car he owns.

"Bye Bruce! Good luck at the meeting in Japan!" I yelled while guiding my brothers back inside and closing the door.

We all went to the kitchen where Alfred was making dinner.

"It's unfair." Tim complained.

"What is?" I asked, turning to face him.

"Why are you in charge? Why not me or even Alfred?" He asked me.

"Alfred will be leaving in an hour to go to England for three days. He'll be back at the same time as Bruce." I explained.

"Yes. I will be, so don't make a mess in the kitchen." Alfred said, giving Jay Bird a quick glare before placing our dinner on the dinner table.

We all sat down, apart from Alfred who went up stairs to gather his things.

"I don't get it. Me and Tim are adults too! We don't need to be looked after. I dont even live here!" Jason complained.

"I know but your staying for a few months and Damian isn't an adult yet." I said trying to stay patient through all the complaints.

"So? Then you can be responsible for him and me and Tim can look after ourselves." Jason said shoving food in his mouth.

"I know but Bruce said I'm in charge so please calm down. I'm not some monster that will force you to do things." I explained trying to lighten the mood.

"Hey Demon spawn, I'm surprised you haven't complied yet." Jason said looking at Damian who had been unusually quiet the whole time.

"Yeah. I thought you would have been the first to complain." Tim agreed laughing.

Honestly I have to admit I thought he would have been the first too complain aswell. But I diddnt want to start something so I kept quiet.

But he was being weirdly quite and okay with it all. Looking at him he seemed a little nervous.

"You okay?" I asked him.

He diddnt look up. He was just poking at his food with his fork. "Yeah" He answered.

"Sure you are. Anyway don't you think it's unfair Demon? I mean your not an adult but your mature." Jason said trying to get Damian to agree.

We all know Jay was lying when he called Damian mature. I geuss he really wanted him to agree.

Bevause we all know Damian can be convincing and if he says something 70% of the time he'll get what he wants depending ion who he's talking to that is.

"No, it doesn't bother me." He said looking up at me and the others who all held surprised faces.

"What do you mean?" Jason asked looking more annoyed than surprised.
