The Blue Dragon

How should we answer these villagers?

"Bring forth the Blue Dragon!" Kija orders.

Is he stupid? We can't just order them to do that!

"That's too direct," Yoon says.

"Blue Dragon?" the unmasked man questions. I'm guessing he's the village chief. "There is nobody here by that name."

"It is not a name. He is the one with the Dragon's blood." I say. "There is no need to hide him. Just tell him that she is waiting." I smile and point at Princess Yona. I do my best to make myself look as innocent as possible.

"I don't understand what you're talking about. Perhaps you mistake us for another village? This is just a small settlement without much. We don't want any trouble."

"However...!" Kija try's to speak but is cut off.

"We're sorry." Princess Yona apologizes. We're trying to find someone but I guess he isn't here. But we are tired from the long journey and we have two injured people." She says and points at Hak's injuries. He made sure to show them. I just showed them my bandaged arms. "Would it be alright if... we rested a little?"

"You must have gone through a rough time. As you can see, this is an impoverished settlement, so we cannot offer much."

"That's fine, thank you."

"Right this way, then." The chief motions for us to follow him.

"What are the masks for?" Princess Yona asks.

"It is our tradition. Those who are single shouldn't show their faces." The chief answers.

"That's very interesting."

"It may be surprising to outside guests. Please rest here." The chief stops us at a wall with patterned fabric and lanterns.

"Thank you." I smile.

"Oh, and also..." the chief starts. "This place is complicated, like a maze. Please do not wander around. We will not be responsible for anything that happens."

"Is this really the Blue Dragon's village?" Yoon asks.

"Why?" I question.

"Because they didn't respond like the White Dragon's village did when they saw the princess' crimson hair."

They could just not worship crimson hair...

"Princess! I really do feel the Blue Dragon's presence here!" Kija says.

"Don't be silly. I don't doubt you." Yona smiles.

"Right..." Kija blushes.

Someone has a crush~

"Anyway, we know that the Blue Dragon is nearby." Yoon stands up. "We won't get anywhere unless we meet him in person. Let's go now, since nobody is around."

"He says it's like a maze here. Will we be alright?" Yona asks.

"Princess, I'm the beautiful boy genius. While we look, I'll make a map and complete this stage! Find the treasures! Search inside every last vase and closet!"

"Let's search!" We all exclaim.

It's like playing a video game, but harder. There always seems to be a dead end.

"It's a dead-end!" Yoon pinches the wall. "Gosh. Why aren't you here, Blue Dragon?"

"It's is outrageous. Why would he not show himself? He should know I'm here..." Kija trails off.
