You say that Women are worshipped as goddesses
But did you not know
that maa Parvati
the goddess of love and life
can also transform to maa Durga
the goddess of strength and ferocity?
And did you not read
about woman power,
etched in the pages of our history
that how Jhansi ki rani was personified as a perfect blend of motherhood and warrior in the battlefield.
What I am trying to say is
that next time before
you label a woman 'too much' and question her feminity,
each time she stands up for herself
defending your opinion
know this,
that she will continue to be 'too much'
as many times the situation demands,
and know this too,
that having a boisterous side, doesn't make her any less of a lady.
'Talk like a woman'?
Duh! That's what we're doing.
