Chapter 12:Mean girls

Ross' POV

"She told me!" Raini said on the other line

"Wait that she likes me?"

"Yeah!"

"I feel bad for lying but knowing that she likes me just makes up for that!" I replied

"Ahh you guys are so cute" she said squealing

"Did she actually say 'I like Ross'?"

"Yeah she straight up said 'I think I have feelings for Ross'" Raini answered

This is a great day

"I think I'm gonna die" I said fan girly

"You guys are so cute!" she said

"Hah, I'll see you later Rainstorm" that was my nickname for Raini. She was Rainistorm and I was well just Ross I guess

"Bye Ross!" Yeah see just Ross

I'm gonna go back to my house and hang with my siblings

~three hours later~

I decided to call Laura

"Hey Rossy" she said with a sexy tired voice

Is she trying to kill me

"Hey Laur, uhh I was wondering if you wanted to hang out"

"Uhh yeah sure! But I thought you would be still out with Jessica?"

"Uhh...no were gonna go out tomorrow night though and uhh...go to dinner, I think I really like her" ughhh the girl who I was out with a random fan who won a contest to spend a whole day with me, I just said this stuff to make her jealous

"Oh okay" she said sniffling

"you okay Laur?"

"Yeah I'm good just have a little cold but it's fine!"

"You sound kinda tired, wanna just hang out tomorrow?"

"No it's okay! I was just taking a nap"

"Okay, meet you at the park in ten?" I asked

"Yup! see you there!" she replied then hung up

I ran down stairs to get my bookbag

Ughhh I can't tell which one is mine Rydel has the exact one

I don't even know why she got a yellow one, her favorite color is pink

Whatever I just grabbed the first one a saw

I decided to walk cause it's a pretty nice day outside

~about five-ten minutes later~

I finally made it to the park and I see Laura on a swing, swinging back and fourth

She looked so gorgeous

She had on sweats and nerdy glasses and her hair was in a messy bun but she can pull that look off

"Hey Laur" I sat on the swing next to her

"Hey Rossy!"

"Looks like you dressed up" I said sarcastically

"I didn't wanna be late so I just went in what I had on"

I was about to say something but she cut me off

"I know I know, I look like a hobo"

"No, I was gonna say you look gorgeous"

She didn't say anything just blushed a little

We spent the next few hours just talking and laughing

Then I got some weird alert on my phone from the weather app saying that a hurricane storm was coming and to get to safely as soon as possible

"Uhhh Laur?"

"Hm?"

"Please tell me you drove here"

"No I walked cause it's a nice day...well it was a nice day" she was looking up at the black clouds

"Shit"

"Ross Shor!" she said cause of my cussing

"Laura, there's a fucking hurricane storm coming!"

"A hurricane in Cali?!" she questioned

"Yeah supposedly

"There's a hotel!" she said and we got got up and walked/jogged there

There were a lot of people in the lobby cause of the storm, so we had to wait a while. You could see the crazy winds and rain blowing outside though the window

We finally were at the front "can we get a room please, two beds" I said

"Sorry we don't have any left with two but she have one available room left with only one bed" the receptionist said

"Okay...uhh we'll take it" I said

"Okay...Room 227, and here's the key" she said handing a key to us

"Thanks!" I replied then we started walking to the elevator

"Sorry about the room thing" I apologized

"It's okay Rossy we'll figure it out!" she said with that adorable smile of hers

"Hold the door" we heard from the outside

"Thanks"

It was Mandy and her 'crew', like in mean girls, Mandy is Regina, Carly is Gretchen, and Lilly is Karen. Mandy, Carly and Lilly go to the same high school as us

"Oh hey Rossy" yeah I forgot to mention, Mandy has a huge crush on me

"Hey" I said quietly

"Hi Lai, nice clothes" Mandy said laughing with Carly and Lilly, with a quick hand movement to Laura

Laura didn't say anything just looked away

"It's Laura" I said getting kinda pissed off already

"Yeah whatever, so Ross wanna go out tomorrow night?" Mandy said

"I'm free" she added

"Yeah she's free" Lilly added

"I bet you are" I said under my breath, but just loud enough so she could her me

"Haha Ross your so funny!" Mandy laughed and slapped my chest playfully

"Woah Ross" she said feeling my abs "you must work out a lot"

I hadn't even noticed but I was holding Laura hand, I felt her squeeze my hand really tight when Mandy said that like she was pissed

"Ding" I heard when we reached the floor

"Well this is our stop! See you later" I said as we ran out

"God I hate those bitches" Laura said

"Laura Marie!"

"Sorry but they're so annoying 'woah ross you must work out!'" she said mocking Mandy

It felt kinda nice to know that she cared and was kinda jealous
