Another thing that happened ay may lumpad na naman na knife at sa rope ang target nito. Hands of Novel sprung free. Bumagsak siya kaagad sa floor. So weak and destroyed. I saw his arms swollen and his neck is slightly wounded.

A guy kanina had a fight with Icah.
They're fist fighting and karate din. Suddenly, both of them are fighting with knives na.
"Don't worry about it. We don't kill here." Sabi nang lalaking sa tingin ko ay siya ang nagpapalipad ng mga kutsilyo kanina. How is he so pro? Kung hindi niya na target ang kamay ni Icah kanina, I could've died! Baka sa mukha ko pa napunta ang knife niya.
But I stopped thinking and ran towards Novel.
I cupped his face.
His face filled with blood.
Wala siyang malay.
"We need to take him to the hospital." Sabi ko.
"No. People will suspect." Sabi nang lalaking 'to. Napatingin ako kay Icah na nakatali na ngayon sa chair.
"Sure I hated Salvador's so much. Didn't liked Irina for Novel before anyway." Sabi nung lalaking tinatali si Icah. She was so loud dahilan para suntokin siya.
"Wrap it up, Dan."
"What— are you just gonna let Novel die!?" I shouted at them.
Dan rushed next to me. He checked Novel's pulse.
"We need to get him to the hospital!" I screamed.
Dan lifted Novel. Napatingin nalang ako.
The members of A are finally here. Bhryle immediately rushed towards me. I hugged him. Grateful.
He pats my back and lets go.
Napatingin siya sa lalaking tumulong sa amin ni Novel. Icah passed out. Meg and Magsy checking the area and took Icah out of the building. Where are they taking her?
"I went straight here when I can't find Salvador during the ambush." Sabi nung lalaking savior.
Bhryle had a handshake with him. "You're a marksman for a reason."
That savior looked at me.
"But I don't know her." Sabi nito habang nagtama ang tingin namin.
"This is Elsie. Novel's girl. Else, this is Alwin. He's an army."
"Was an army." Alwin corrected.
I blinked twice. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang sasabihin ko. Basta nag-aalala ako kay Novel.
Umalis si Alwin. Jacob and Bhryle rushed towards me again. Jacob massage my ankles. At dahil sa sakit, nanghina ako.
"Your ankle is twisted," Jacob said without looking at me.
I pulled Bhryle's collar.
Nagulat siya.
"Si Novel." I said.
He smiled.
Scanned my face for a second and answered.
"He is with Daniel right now. Don't worry, Else. He's a doctor."

Now, doctor.

Napapikit ako.
Nakaramdam ako na parang inaalsa ako. I opened my eyes and saw Bhryle's wide shoulder. He was carrying me.
Pinahiga niya ako kung saan rin nakahiga si Novel. He was covered with bandages.
I fell asleep. Rest assured na katabi ko siya ngayon at hindi na siya mawawala sa akin.
Nakapikit na ako. Pero nakaramdam ako na may kumuha sa kamay ko. It was Bhryle again.
He took my hand and pressed it for a little while. Pagkatapos ay nilagay niya ang kamay ko sa kamay rin ni Novel. A tear fell from my eyes.
