I'm not getting rid of the video.

Hey readers, this is my newest chapter, a very long time overdue! I hope that you aren't to mad at me for that.

I could tell you all about some of what I learned about myself and such since I've been gone, but I think you just want to get into the story at this point.

 But first I want you to answer one quick question: Do you want me to start compiling these chapters by Episode? I'd finish this one as a standard chapter first, but that is something that I've been thinking about a bit. There are a few ways that I could do this - one is posting the chapters as full episodes, posting them as I do now - at least one-thousand words at a time until I get there and then compiling them, or none of the above. Please let me know!

Dean POV

Dean wanted to know how Percy knew that it was a ghost - he didn't mean to insult, but she didn't quite strike him as very smart. She clearly struggled with things like this, so the fact that she had put it together on her own was suspicious. However, before he was able to do that they had to figure out how to stop Peter from killing anyone else. He and Sam had managed to figure out who it was, the pattern of attacks, and why it had suddenly increased it's frequency of attacks.

"So when are you going to talk to Bill?" cam Percy's voice from her position on the bed - which for the record was lying with her head hanging off.

"We were going to do that after we had talked to Peter's mom, but Sam insisted on coming here first." Dean responded. "If I had to guess, it's because of your collapse earlier this week."

Percy nodded. "Well, I'm fine now, so you can go talk to him and figure out what happened so we can leave. I've had a bad feeling since we've gotten here and I want to leave."

After that exchange, Dean left - alone. Apparently Sam wanted to talk to Percy about something, and it couldn't wait for the case to be solved. Naturally, Dean's luck had him arriving at the Carlton house just in time to see a boat being flipped over - a boat that had been driven by Mr. Carlton himself. This led to him going to the police station, trying to reassure a terrified Lucas, and being told to leave town or get arrested by the sheriff.

Overall, it was a very successful venture, something that he relayed to a laughing Percy as they packed to leave town. Not that he wanted to leave - something about the way that Lucas had reacted to seeing him told Dean that the case was far from over. That was probably why, when sitting at the turn to the interstate, Dean instead went back to town.

"Dean, this job is over - we need to leave before we get arrested," Sam told him - again.

"I don't think so,"

"If Bill murdered Peter Sweeney and now his ghost has gotten revenge then the spirit will be at rest."

"What if we leave, and the case isn't over and innocent people die?"

"Why would that be the case?"

"Because Lucas was terrified!"

"Is that what all of this is about?"

"I just, I don't want to leave until I know he's alright."

"Who are you, and what have you done with my brother?"

The look Dean shot to Sam was enough to shut him up, and as Dean looked in the rearview mirror he noticed the troubled look on Percy's face. (And, for whatever reason that told him that his instincts were right.)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~TIme Skip, but Not For Long~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When they showed up to Andrea's house to find a terrified Lucas and Andrea drowning in her own bathtub he was proven to be correct. Percy quickly made to pull her out of the tub, and after only a little bit of extra effort she was able to get the young mother out of danger and onto the tile floor coughing up water. Fairly soon after that - and a few words whispered in Andrea's ear - Percy was ushering everyone out of the bathroom and into the living room to wait for her. (Dean did note Percy turning back around to help Andrea into her bedroom.
Not long later, Andrea and Percy were in the living room, Andrea was dry and wearing comfortable clothing huddled on the couch.
"Can you tell me anything about what happened?" Sam asked as Dean looked through the various notebooks gathered on the shelves.
"No," there was a pause, "I'm going crazy." She started crying.
"You aren't," came Percy's voice. "Listen, we deal with stuff like this all of the time. Just, tell us what happened - anything you saw, heard -anything." It was a gentler tone than Dean had ever heard her used before.
"I heard - thought I heard - a voice," Andrea told the group.
"And what did this voice say?" Sam asked.
"It said," Andrea stopped. "It said 'Come play with me'." Andrea started crying. "What's happening to me?"
As Percy started reassuring her and explaining things in the simplest terms she could, Dean found a scrapbook of the Sheriff - a scrapbook featuring the same picture that Peter's mother had shown them.
"Andrea, do you recognise any of these kids?" he asked, showing her the picture.
"Um, not really. I guess, that's my dad," she stated pointing to the boy standing next to Peter. "He was probably about twelve in this picture."
Percy looked at Dean, "Chis Barr's drowning wasn't because of some connection to Bill Carlton - it was the sheriff."
"Or both," Sam interjected. "Both of them were involved with Peter."
Andrea looked between the three of them. "What about Chris? Or my dad? What are you talking about?"
Dean looked away - as much as he wanted to reassure Andrea, he had no idea how to answer that without causing more distress. Your dad definitely killed a child at some point and now his spirit is out for revenge. Revenge that it's taking by killing anyone involved with the sheriff. As he looked to the other side of the room he saw Lucas staring out the window. (Later he would note that he was definitely looking at the lake.)
"Lucas. Lucas, what is it?"
At this point, Lucas was at the door, poised to leave the house, as he opened the door his mother called out to him causing him to stop.
"Hey, you and Lucas need to get back inside and stay there - okay? We'll go and stop this once and for all." Percy told Andrea. "Do you want one of us to stay here with you?"
"No. we'll be okay. Thank you," Andrea responded.
Dean had to admit that he wasn't really sure why Percy thought that one of them would have to stay. He understood the idea of protection and such, but as long as she avoided water, she'd be fine. And besides if he had gone through something as intense as what she had gone through he would just want to be alone.
The three walked to the car, grabbed shovels, and then around the lake in silence, Dean had to admit that he wasn't sure on where they were going to start digging, much less what they were really looking for, until Percy stopped suddenly.
"Here."
Sam turned to her, "What?"
Percy looked at the two of them. "Listen, I really don't know why - but I think that this is the spot that we need to stop at."
That seemed to reassure Sam enough to start digging. Dean wasn't sure that that was really a good enough explanation. Percy was an odd woman and this really just added to that. Regardless, they really didn't have enough time for him to interrogate her at that point. That would have to come later.
It wasn't much longer when Sam's shovel struck something metallic, causing the three to start digging at it with their hands.
"Peter's bike," Sam said, looking at the bike and then the three of them.
"Who are you?"
