"This is so pretty, David. I love you, thank you." I pouted, leaning up to kiss him. "Where's your food, what are you going to eat?"
"Oh shit, my bad. Watch out." He said, taking the tray and placing it on the bedside table.
"Happy birthday, beautiful." He winked before spreading my legs and climbing on the bed.

After we ate...actual food together. I regained the strength in my legs and was finally allowed to get out of bed.
I got up to brush my teeth and wash my face then was told to meet Dave in the living room.
When I walked in, the tears starting welling up again and I placed my hands on my chest to stop my heart from beating out of it.
The couch and coffee table was decorated with balloons and gifts.

I can't believe Dave did all of this with his hood self.
"My little gangster did all this for little old me?" I joked.
"Quiet all that. But this is all for you, princess. Enjoy while I let the girls up." He pressed a kiss to my forehead and left.
I unwrapped and opened everything up to find all my favorite candy, a few pairs of shoes and a Louie Vuitton handbag and cross body.
Taking a few pictures of the me and the decor, I heard my friends' laughter coming down the hallway.
"Good morning, loves." I smiled hugging everyone up.
"Happy birthday, sexy." Ivy said handing me a gift bag.
Key did the same.
"Thank you guys." I whined pulling them all in for a group hug.
"Yeah, Dave must be hitting you real right for you to be all lovey dovey and shit." Ivy laughed.
"I see he went all out in here." Keyana said looking at the display in the living room.
"That's my baby, y'all. Jayde can you take a picture of us?" I said calling Dave out the room.
He actually sat and smiled for some pictures before saying his goodbyes. He was going to meet us at the restaurant because he "didn't want to interrupt our female bonding time".
I of course rolled my eyes to that but I totally understood.
We put on some music and started getting ready to go. It was really only me who had to get dressed and done up as the rest of them came pretty much made up.

The lunch gathering was held at one of my favorite restaurants and the reservation list was pretty small.
Of course me and the girls, Dave and the guys. Then there was my parents and close relatives.
"My beautiful baby girl, another year of blessings for you. God is so good. Happy Birthday." My grandma came over hugging me tightly.
