We where walking back to the dressing rooms and I was on Twitter and saw a hashtag called #5sosfamewantsstardead I ran to the dressing rooms and saw star on the floor in a puddle of blood
"ASHTON CALL 911 NOWW" I screamed at Ashton
"Wh-.. I'll call"
About 5 minutes later the paramedics came and took star to the ambulance

---At the hospital---

"Relevant to Star Hemmings?" A doctor said
I shoot up from my chair
"Is she okay?" I asked
"Yea you can go see her but she may have amnisa because of her fall" he said "room 372" then he walked away
When I walked in to the room star sat at the bed and looked confused....
Then I hit me like a kick in the stomach
"Who are you?" She said

"Who are you?" I asked the boy in blond hair that was in front of me..
he looked like he was about to cry

"I'm your brother Luke..."

Luke do I know anyone called Luke..
"I-I'm s-sorry I-I don't remember you" I shutters and looked down at me hands in my Lap..

"It okay you hit your head pretty hard when you fell... but I'm your brother and I love you okay?"

"Okay... can I have a hug?"
He didn't answer he just hugged me.... it felt right?!
(IN A BROTHER SISTER WAY)

"When can I go home Luke?"

"When they are down testing you baby girl"

"Mr. Hemmings? Can I talk to you?" Doctor Harrison asked

"Umm... yeah"

"Okay so your sister will remember but be carful, she needs to eat more and she needs to take two pills and a shot a day."

"What shot?"

"You have to give her a shot every morning so she can eat"

"Okay"

---Back at the Bus---

Luke's POV

"We're back" I shouted as we entered

"MY BABE IS BACK" Ashton yelled witch made Star flinch

"Cuddle buddy" Calum said as he hugged Star
"I'm going to bed" Star said quiet

"But you have to take the pills and the shot"

"No"

"Yes"

"NO I DONT WANT TO"

"STAR SKY HEMMINGS YOU ARE TAKING THIS SHIT RIGHT NOW"

"Stop yelling at me please" she was about to cry, so I walked over to her and lifted her so her legs were around my waist

"Please for me"

"Okay"

When I was about to take the shot she said

"Can cal come?"

"Sure CALUM HOOD"

"What?"

"Can you cuddle Star she has to take a shot"

"Okay"
When she was done she fell asleep....

Star's POV

When I woke up the next day I looked at m phone and saw that I hade a composition at 4pm it was currently 11pm.
"FUCK" I yelled and whit in a second Luke screamed
"WHATS HAPPENING"
"I'm sorry I have a competition at 2" but i told Luke that it was at 2 otherwise we would have been there at 1.50 and I wouldn't have time to warm up or anything.....
