almost there - don't forget to try & complete each thing on the checklist to get the full effect of the challenge! and, if you bough a lipgloss on last week's day 7, wear it every day this week!

day 1

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•try out another new hairstyle and wear it with pride!

•2x 25 second plank

•2x 25 squats

•30 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) add some cardio to today's workout! you could try jump squats, burpees, lunges and crunches!


day 2

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•go out & take some cute pics of yourself! make sure to have good lighting, a nice background, and it doesn't have to be just of your face! it can be your outfit, body etc.

•put some more coconut oil on yo lashes 👀

•2x 25 second plank

•2x 30 squats (you can do this!)

•35 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) make a detox drink! get juice from 1 lemon, add 5 sliced strawberries, 1 sliced apple, a handful of fresh mint leaves & a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and add it all to 1-2 liters of water. let it infuse for 1 hour and serve with ice. (it tastes so good and it actually made my skin glow!)


day 3

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•do another hair mask (check out the hair mask chapter for ideas!)

•2x 25 second plank

•2x 30 squats

•35 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) have some more green tea! it literally works wonders.


day 4

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•look in the mirror & point out 5 of your best features. you're gorgeous boo!

•more coconut oil on those lashes!

•2x 25 second plank

•2x 30 squats

•35 donkey kicks on each leg

•(not mandatory) apply a small amount of vaseline to your nails to help them grow stronger, and it also makes them better conditioned.


day 5

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•teach yourself how to introduce yourself in another language. find a language that you're interested in (but not one that you know/are learning!)

•2x 25 second plank

•2x 30 squats

•35 donkey kicks on each leg.

•(not mandatory) after your workout, do some stretches to help with flexibility. it can also help you feel less sore after a workout.


day 6

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•make some plans with friends/family! it could be going to the movies, going to the mall, or you could just take a stroll around your local park.

•more coconut oil on your lashes!

•2x 30 second plank (you can so do it!)

•2x 40 squats

•2x 40 donkey kicks on each leg!

•(not mandatory) remember that honey + sugar lip scrub? well, make some more & get scrubbing on those lips!


day 7

•30 mins outside

•drink at least 8 glasses of water

•face mask! (check out the face mask chapter for ideas)

•no workout today! just relax.

•(not mandatory) try to be asleep before 10:00pm tonight, (you'll thank me in the morning!)
