mandy is sitting on ryland's bed scrolling through instagram when he walks in. she looks up and pats the bed, telling him to sit down. he sits down next to her and wraps his arms around her in a hug. "what's up?" he asks.
"nothing," she answers, "do you wanna watch netflix?"
"sure," he says and gets his laptop out and opening netflix. they choose a show and he puts his laptop on his lap. they end up cuddling.
a while later, nick walks in. "oh, my bad," he says, starting to walk out again. but before he does, he takes a picture of mandy and ryland.
"hey can you send me that?" mandy asks.
"me too," ryland adds.
"sure," nick says before leaving the room.
ryland turns to amanda and says, "hey, do you want to go to santa monica with me tomorrow?"
"sure. like a date?" she responds.
"if that's what you want."
"of course, silly."
"alrighty then. i'll pick you up from your place at noon."
"ok!"
