A trailer. She was moving into a trailer. It's not that she had a problem with it, after all her mother was trying to save money, but a trailer? Really? They didn't have many things, so there wasn't much 'moving' that had to be done. It's not their fault, considering they had a perfectly reasonable reason for suddenly moving and not bringing any belongings. All things considered, maybe a trailer was the only thing available to move into. Nonetheless, it was temporary, so it's not like it mattered.
She was bored. Really, very, extraordinarily bored. Maybe she'll make some cookies. Yeah, that sounds nice. Cookies.
Why does time pass so slowly here? She thought. She wasn't sure what day it was. Her mother was constantly out of the house, not even bothering to see if she was at school. Technically, she was supposed to start last week (or so she thought), but she wasn't in the mood. Leaving the trailer could mean anything, and she wasn't ready for it.
It's her seventh time in a row eating mac and cheese, and she's beginning to run low on boxes. Why can't her mom just go grocery shopping like a normal parent?
She layed in bed. A lot.
She ate. A lot.
Sleeping. Tv. Eating. Maybe hydration. That was her life. She was too scared, too paranoid to even dream about setting foot into the real world.
She finally took a shower.
Her mom was not happy to get a call from the school, explaining that her daughter had not shown up once for the past two weeks and if she was not at school that Monday, she was going to be 'taken out of the system' and would have to go to a new school.
She and her mom had a fight.
Mom won.
