During this lockdown, try relaxing your mind by taking a bubble bath, it's refreshing.

5. Disconnect from social Media.

Okay, this is going to be difficult but I'll surely do it.

Don't forget to wash your hands, sanitize your palms, wear gloves and face masks but most importantly pray to God for help.
