Fury's plan

Ok in this Bucky is 17 ok. She still went through all of it. This takes place in season 3 of Agents of SHEILD.

The Avengers walk into the conference room. "Where is Spidey?" Fury asks. "I didn't know you wanted him here with us. I can call him now if you want he can is pretty fast in the air." Tony said. Fury nodded. "Fri, call KAREN." Tony said into his phone. "Hello Mr. Stark." Peter answered. "Hey Pete. Swing by SHEILD will ya?" Tony said. "Yes sure, which floor?" Peter asked. "Sixty-seven. I'm timing ya." Tony said with a smirk. "Ok be there in about six seconds." Peter said. Tony just smirked at the confused looks on the other people in the room. In exactly six seconds the window opened and in came Spiderman. "Six seconds, right on the dot. Where were ya?" Tony said actually curious. "Delmeres Dealy. Why?" Peter asked. "Nothing, just faster than usual I wonder how fast you can run." Tony said. "Uh thirty miles in thirty seconds why?" Peter said. "That's faster than me kid, but that is not why we are here." Cap interrupted. "Yeah why are we here?" Nat asked. "I want you to meet a secret op team. You know two of the Agents on the team. Nat, Clint don't spoil anything got it." Fury stated. "But sir, we don't know anything." Nat said.  "Oh wait you will." Agent Hill said.

Time skip

They walk out onto the roof as a carrier lands. Out walks Agent Coulson and his team. "Your dead. Loki killed you." Cap said walking forwards. "Do I look dead to you? You should know that a lab can do a lot of things." Coulson said. "Yeah me and Bruce both do so does Spidey." Steve said. "Hey I wasn't experimented on. It was an accident a very deadly accident stupid spider almost killed me." Peter said. Daisy came forward and nodded towards Fury. "Yeah I know how scary it is. I got my powers from a alien city. But it helps I'm part alien." She said. "Your joking right? Cause if not cool. I'm part spider literally Oscorp found a way to kinda combined DNA and I just happen to be bit by a spider. Trust me that did not feel good. Imagine feeling like all your insides were exploding then putting themselves back together. It sucks." Peter said forgetting everyone else was their. "Yeah it does. I know how it feels when your cells are rearinging it does suck but hey we got out of it right?" She said with a smirk. "Yeah we did." He said. "Are they flirting?" Nat asks Clint. "Yeah I think so." Clint said smirking. "So do we let this happen I mean Fury is smirking. Did he set this up?" May said coming over to them. "Um.. Pete you good?" Tony said. "Yeah I'm good. Why?" Peter asked. "Oh nothing just wondering. Just first some quick rules you two. No kissing, no being in a room by your selves unless either me or Coulson are in it. And never I mean never are you two dating." Tony said. "Uh oh Iron dad has been activated." Peter said with a smirk. "Oh no you don't. I'm am going to kill Sam for that one. I don't act like a dad. I don't." Tony said. Sam then came up to them. "Yeah ok. You keep telling yourself that and maybe we'll start to believe it." He said then walked away smirking. "On your left." Peter yelled. "Oh you. Uh uh. Steve is dead. Wait how did you even find out about that?" Sam asked. "I have my ways. It's not like I know two spies who train me or that I'm really sneaky or anything." Peter said. Sam just gaped. "You- you. No. What?" Sam said. Peter laughed. "Hey Bucky who do you think would win at a roasting contest you or Agent May?" Peter said. "Um I don't know what roasting is. Remember I was in Cryo freeze for most of my life and when I wasn't in Cryo freeze I was either assainating someone or I was being brainwashed." He said. "Yeah yeah old man. I remember. Me and Capsicle were the ones to come and get you from Wakanda after Shuri brought you out of Cryo. Do remember that? Or is your old man brain catching up with you?" Peter teased. "Oh come here." Bucky said then chased Peter then caught him in a choke hold. Peter than threw him over his back held him in a choke hold against the ground. "Yeild." Peter said. "Never." Bucky said than tackled Peter again. This time Bucky held Peter in a choke hold. "You yeild." "Never." Peter said then tossed him then went near the roof and back flipped off causing him and Bucky to fall. Tony face palmed then started to count. "Aren't you guys worried?" Fitz asked. "Nope. This is normal with those two." Nat said. "Normal?" Simmons asked. "Yep whenever one teases the other it ends with sparing or Peter throwing Bucky off a building." Clint answered. As Tony stopped counting Peter came webbing towards them. "You should've yeilded. I gave you the chance. But no.. you never take the chance." Peter said. Then dropped off the web. "Peter James. What have I said about sparring in the middle of talking. Peter you can't keep throwing him off roofs." Steve scolded the two. "He lets me. You know he is strong enough to stop me and he can't hurt me. So why does he let me?" Peter said in defence. "Why do you let him?" Steve asked Bucky. "Yeah, we've all been wondering that to. Why do you?" Tony says. "I don't know. It just seems familiar. That's all." Bucky says. "Oh Buck. You don't remember how you were captured by HYDRA do you?" Peter asks feeling guilty. Bucky shook his head. "You and Steve were doing a mission on a train in the forties. Um you fell and uh HYDRA found you and took you. That was when you became the Winter Soldier." Peter explained. "Pete. Don't feel bad ok. You take things to seriously and I don't want to fight today. Ok?" Bucky said. "You don't take things serious enough. And I don't want to fight either but you don't take things seriously at all. At least Nat takes things seriously. Yeah she doesn't like me to think so but I know she does and so does Clint. But you. Don't. Why?" Peter asked. "Ok I'm confused are you two dating?" Daisy asked. "No!" They said in unison. "They sure seem like it. This reminds me of Hunter and Bobbi." Mack says. "Hey!" Hunter says. "They're not married, they aren't dating, then what is it with these two?" Hunter asked. "It's a long story. But short version is Bucky and Peter they just connected then when Bucky put himself in Cryo Peter wouldn't stop talking about him. They love each other they just won't admit it." Tony said. "We do not!" Bucky and Peter yelled in sync. "Pete we know you don't like getting close to people and why. But you have to let him in." Nat said. "I can't. With my luck he'll die like my family and Gwen and Harry. I just can't." He said then swung off. "Nice going Nat." Clint said. Nat pulled her knife out then held it to Clint's throat. "Say something like that again and I won't hesitate. You know how Pete is. Even at first everytime he got close to us his team he would close his self off and push us back. You can't just. I'm gonna go to the training room. And unless you want to become a aiming target you won't follow." Nat said. Clint just sighed and knowing he will regret it followed her. All you heard after that was Clint's screams. "I don't think she was kidding or she is chasing him again." Tony said with a grin. "Ok quick question. Why did you want us to meet?" Hunter asked. "Because you guys can help Peter. I know how this life can be but he is just 15. I didn't want to pull him into the team but Skye." Fury said but got cut off by Hunter. "Oh she goes by Daisy now. It's her birth name." Hunter stopped when he got a one eye glare. "Daisy you originally was just like him. Help him. May you've got James Barnes. Bobbi since she likes you, you've got Natasha. Hunter you've got Clint. Keep in mind you four, these four aren't afraid to fight you. So don't make them mad. And May careful with words. Daisy be careful with actions. And Hunter don't mention family or his bow and arrows. He takes that as a challenge and will shoot you with them. Peter learned that the hard way. Oh and Daisy before you go and find him know he comes from a long line of SHEILD agents. His parents were killed during a mission so what so ever don't mention it." Fury instructed. "Oh so that's why he is Clint and Nat's favorite. They weren't kidding when they said they were training him. They aren't just trying him are they Fury?" Tony said. "No. You guys weren't supposed to find out this way. Because of his last and his family. He was born into this. So they are his S.O.s. I wouldn't be having him trained if it wasn't nessecary. Stark think about it. His parents were killed by HYDRA. They were feared by HYDRA. If they found out they had a kid and he wasn't properly trained he would be dead. So I asked my best two Agents ,who just happen to be the most feared spies, to train him. Don't get mad at them if you don't like it get mad a me." Fury said. "I'm not mad it's just. It would've been nice to know. Question his whole family is dead? I thought it was just his parents." Tony said. "Yes his whole family." Fury said. "He isn't eighteen yet so who has guardianship over him?" Tony asks. "Barton. He already is a dad to three why not make it four?" Fury said. "So one of his S.Os has guardianship over him. Is that allowed?" May asked. "Yes it is. And Nat wouldn't take him. She lives him she does but she just didn't want to risk it but Clint is trying to talk her into it. But, it's not working so Bobbi add that to what to talk about. You guys can go to those people now.

With Bucky

Bucky was sitting on the couch in the common room they had in the Avengers floor. "James? You in here?" Bucky turned his head. "Yeah. I'm on the couch. Agent May." "Ok. I need to talk to you." She said. "Ok. Just don't try talking about Peter right now." He said. "I know you don't want to but you need to. Look I know how it is to be scared to love. Scared you'll hurt him or get hurt but that's love. Ok?" She said. "It's not that. I don't know if my programing is out of my head or not. If it isn't and I lose control what if I kill him. Sparing is one thing but when I am in that mode I'm not thinking the Winter Soldier is." He said then scoffed. "I can't hurt him and what if he dies I couldn't deal with that. I just couldn't." Bucky said.

With Peter

"Pete? You here?" Daisy calls out. "Yeah over here." Peter says. Daisy walks in and sees Peter sitting in the corner with a knife in front of him. "Pete what were you doing?" Daisy asking. "Nothing I swear its just I had just in case. Their is something no one knows about me. Well except Nat. Um. HYDRA found me when I first got my powers and we'll they put me through brainwashing and then gave me words. The reason Nat stormed off is because she accidentally said one of them and I had the knife in case it would start to trigger." He said then stopped and tensed. "Oh no. Don't say anything to anyone. You can't." He said now in tears. "Pete. Just talk to me." She said. "Bucky. You love him don't you? You're just scared you'll hurt him." She continued. He nodded. "Oh Pete. You can't hide this forever you've got to tell him or at least some one. You can't kill yourself if you loose control. If you want I'll get you an icer but I am not gonna let you stab yourself. Ok?" She said. He nodded still crying.
