Dawn at Sea
The sun kisses the gentle sea
it's waves rolling up
to the sandy shore
The seabirds chat
in the morning light
as they glide through
the salty sea breeze
Down below the morning tide
creatures awaken to bask
in the warming current
and the shining rays
of a new day
Morning Songs
Dew shines on the green grass blades
Alight in the morning's yellow rays
With songbirds chirping all the while
New tunes from their trees to help us smile
