Chapter 18: I Wanna Know!

Lily's POV

After Harry and Zayn pulled Louis into another room, Liam and Niall followed them and along the way took Riley and Lay. Smiling brightly Perrie grabbed Katie and I and went into a different room.

"We need music!" Perrie said turning on Pandora

"You need a dress!" Katie said as American Idiot played through the iPhone

"I have one but it's out there because everyone tackled me." I pointed to the door

Katie ran out and grabbed the bag, then as soon as she was in the room again I was tossed the bag

"Well go on, put it on!" Perrie smiled

"Fine..." I grabbed a strapless bra and the bag and went into the bathroom

I heard faint mumbled voices as I straightened out the dress. I grabbed the hair clip and opened the door, everything was quite except for Perrie's phone that started playing 'Little Black Dress' by non other than our boyfriends.

"Lil, you look amazing!" Katie jumped up and down happily

"Has Lou seen it yet?" Perrie excitedly yet hesitantly asked

"Nope, the cashier wouldn't let him see it. I also got this clip..." I opened my hand revealing a red flower

"Perfect! Wait, you need shoes!" Perrie squealed

"Can't I just wear my new Van's?!" I pouted

"Or you could wear these?!" Katie held up a pair of black strapped heals

"Fine but only because they will make me average height!" I put them on as Perrie grabbed a huge bag

"Time for makeup!" She squealed opening the bag

"But we still have a lot of time until I have to go..." I sighed sitting down

"This will be quick then we have to work on your lion's mane!" Perrie laughed

"Perz!" Katie panicked showing the phone to Perrie

"What's wrong? " I looked up trying to see the phone

"Nothing! We should be fine!" Perrie shrugged

Perrie began putting makeup on me, they won't tell me what's going on and it's killing me! Last time they only told me a bit about a surprise was for my 15th birthday when Emily and Crystal, a friend of all of ours but her band got offered a big break right after sophomore year and now she's touring with Fly Away Hero, planned to take me to Comic Con and I went mental trying to figure it out.

"Guys can I know?!" I pouted

"No this is not going to be like Comic Con! " Katie gasped

"Sit still and don't move..." Perrie started at my makeup

After a few minutes of Katie texting and Perrie doing my makeup, I could move. Katie quickly showed Perrie what's on her phone and they both smiled.

"Lil we need to do your hair!" Katie rushed into the bathroom and plugged in both the straightener and curler

"Katie can you do that while I look for jewelry?" Perrie rushed around the room

"Sure!" Katie started straightening my hair

"What's going on?" I asked right as Katie finished straightening and started curling

"You're doing what we all did yesterday. You're going on a date with the guy version of you, someone who you looked up to since the start. You're going on a date with Louis Tomlinson and you're friends with all of One Direction." Katie slightly fangirled

"Honestly it hasn't felt like that it's felt normal, but I haven't really thought about it like that...OH MY GOD WE'RE FRIENDS WITH AND DATING ONE DIRECTION!" I jumped right as Katie was done curling my hair

"Hold still I'm still working on your hair!" Laughter escaped from Katie's serious tone

I settled down as Katie made the curls messy and sprayed hairspray on them, after a bit of planning she secured my bangs back with the red flower clip.

"Ms. McCall are you ready?" a soft voice followed the knocking on the door

"Wait! Here! Also don't forget your coat!" Perrie put a silver friendship bracelet with 'Riley', 'Perrie', 'Lay', 'Katie', 'Emily', and 'Crystal' on different charmes around my wrist and handed me my leather jacket with a smile

"Come on!" Katie opened the door

As we walked into the main room I looked at everyone as they smiled but I didn't see Louis. Riley, Lay, Katie, and Perrie squeezed me into a group hug then they all stood back and took a picture. I could see the guys were doing the same thing across the room but I still couldn't see Lou. Suddenly, the girls and guys switched places and I was being hugged by Niall, Zayn, Harry, and Liam.

"You look great. Our little sister is growing up. I promised I wouldn't cry." various words were mumbled throughout the 4 guys

"Can I see her yet?!" a voice I knew all so well called from across the room

Liam, Zayn, Harry, and Niall lined up in front of me then Riley, Perrie, Katie, and Lay lined up in front of them.

"Now I know you're a good guy but if you hurt her we'll hurt you..." Riley started

"Riley be nice, but seriously Lou you hurt her and all hell will break lose." Perrie smiled a bit

"I won't hurt her, I promise." Louis' voice was tense but quiet

The girls stepped aside, leaving the boys the only thing between us

"Take care of her, she's became our little sister..." Zayn smiled

"You're going to be speechless cause she looks hot mate!" Harry smirked

"Harold!" Liam hit him in the back of the head

"I promise she'll be with us for a long time." Lou smiled brightly as the boys moved to the side

The room fell silent as Louis came into my vision. He was wearing a suite and tie, he's hair styled into a neat quiff, and suddenly what Katie said earlier came rushing into my head. Louis Tomlinson was standing here wearing a suite about to go out on a date with me! On the inside I was freaking out but on the outside I just smiled.

"Lily? Lily!" Louis waved a hand in front of my face

"Hmm...I'm sorry...what?" I shyly asked snapping out of my small fangirl attack

"I said you look beautiful love." Louis smirked

"Oh...thanks, you look handsome." I blushed

"Ready?" Louis held his hand out

"Wait we need pictures!" Niall jumped up excitedly

Louis pulled me close to him as everyone started taking pictures. I started getting bored with the simple smile so I crossed my eyes and gave a big smile. Louis looked over and laughed doing the same thing.

"Okay you two look like you've been around each other for years!" Riley smiled

"Well we have to get going! Bye Mum's! Bye Dad's!" Louis yelled as we walked out the door
