'We have met a few times before. He's a good guy. Unlike you,' he frowns, 'little princess.'
The new, unfamiliar nickname heats up my face the smallest bit. 'That's so mean, Iwa-chan! If you're not careful, I'll switch to Yamachin instead!' It is meant as a joke, just teasing him, but I immediately feel three glares on me.
Iwaizumi grabs my arm, angrily dragging me out. 'Ah, no, it was a joke! Iwa-channnn!'
He continues to pull me along, not answering at all. Soon, we reach our own classroom again.
'Iwa-chan, I wasn't serious, really!' I tell him, but he's still mad. 'I could never love anyone but you, you know.' I continue, way softer.
His face reddens a bit. 'Shut up, idiot, I know that,' he answers as he looks away.
I watch in wonder at Iwaizumi's soft side as I go back to my own table. The bell rings, and the terrible event called "lessons" begins anew.
Finally, it is 4 PM, the time at which our school ends. Excitedly, I get out of my chair as soon as the bell rings, getting to Iwaizumi.
'Iwa-chan, ready to go on our date?' I smile, happy as can be.
'We still have an hour to waste. Wanna take the long route?' he answers, walking out of the classroom with me, once again not as flustered and excited as me. Is he sure he loves me? Isn't he happy with me?
'Iwa-channn, love me,' I whine as we walk out of the school. 'You're always so mean to me.'
'Shittykawa, why do you think we're going on a date anyways?' he frowns.
I grab his hand, holding it in mine, not in a way of pulling him along this time, but as a form of affection.
He gives me a weird look at first, but decides to let me be. Happily, I walk on, telling many random stories to Iwaizumi as I always do.
Not much has changed since yesterday, and I'm not sure what to think about it. I started to love him because of how he is, but I would like it if he would be at least a little bit more of a lover.
Though, I must say, he has said a little less mean things than usual, and he has tried to kill me less as well, I guess?
A few minutes before time, we arrive at the address that Tsukishima sent us. It is the absolute opposite of what I'd expected; colorful, bustling with people, nothing boring or calm about it.
I walk in and notice Yamaguchi wave at us from the corner of my eye, smiling. I return it, calling out to him. 'Yamachin!' I drag Iwaizumi, whose hand I am still holding, towards the table, while he is still looking around in confusion.
'Hi, Oikawa. I'm glad you're here. It's been so long since we've talked, and I believe there is a lot you haven't told me yet,' he says as we approach them.
Meanwhile, Tsukishima and Iwaizumi nod to eachother. What is that even supposed to mean? And what's up with all that distance between Tsukishima and Yamachin?
Annoyed with the lack of love between them, and Iwaizumi's love for me, I decide to push them all.
'Hey, Tsukishima, can't I sit next to Yamachin? It's been so longgg, and you get to touch him everyday already~' I say, feeling the consequence immediately: two angry glares, just like this morning.
Yamaguchi seems to be the only one not angry, but instead uncomfortable. 'Oikawa, we can always meet up another time too, you know,' he says, clearly begging me to let it go.
In response, Tsukishima protectively moves closer, while Iwaizumi pushes me down on the other couch. If glares could kill, they would have murdered me a long time ago.
