"If you think na actions of love yun, I don't think it is." He added.
"You're pushing him away dahil sa tingin mo awa yung pinapakita nya. Pero dahil ikaw lagi ang nasusunod, dadating yung point na awa na yung dahilan ng mga actions nya. Wag mong antayin na dumating sa punto na ganun."
. . .
Tate and Vivian were eating lunch at one of the eateries inside the Amusement Park as Vivian told her the story as to why she was with the guy back in the cafe. And how they knew each other.
After some time of searching for Tate's friend, Adelaide, and the guy at the cafe, they eventually gave up when they couldn't find them and just decided to spend their lunch.
While listening to what happened inside the cafe, Tate wanted to have a serious talk with Vivian and clarify things with her but she kept on avoiding the topic. He was annoyed at what she's doing, and he couldn't take it anymore.
He knew that they have to resolve this now, and he couldn't last another hour having a quarrel with Vivian.
Especially now that he knew what happened inside the cafe. That she let her feelings and frustrations to a stranger, and how she really felt. But he wanted to her it from her. He wanted them to talk.
After eating, Vivian invited him to wander around the park so they could enjoy their time together but he can still feel a barrier between them and it's making the atmosphere around them awkward. She stood up but Tate pulled her to his side, making her sit with him.
Vivian was flustered at his actions but she didn't try to push him off because she also felt like an idiot trying to avoid him. She knew that he was trying to initiate a talk between them but she felt ashamed for her actions so she's trying to distract him. She knew they had to talk soon, but her mind was blank and she didn't know what to say.
She felt his hands hug her and he buried his face to her neck as he let out a sigh. She was hurt, she knew that he's hurt as well and that he's a bit exhausted. Maybe because he's not used to them fighting and it's stressing him out. She just let him hug her and after a few minutes, she made him look at her and cupped his face.
He pecked Vivian's lips, putting a smile on both of their faces. "Can we talk?" He asked and she just laughed and slapped his chest. "Pwede mo naman kasing sabihin, may pahalik halik ka pa." They both chuckled.
Vivian fixed her seat but she didn't let go of Tate's hand. When they were both seated, there was a long silence before Tate started talking.
"Hindi mo ba nagustuhan yung parents ko?" He asked in a low voice. She can hear the sadness in his voice. God knows how anxious he was while talking.
She squeezed his hand. "Nagustuhan ko syempre. Tanggap na tanggap ako ng parents mo." She smiled at him genuinely.
"But you were mad..." He let out a sigh. "Alam kong hindi ka pa handa na i-meet sila pero pinakilala pa rin agad kita. Tapos inaya pa kitang mag live in. Hindi ko dini-discard yung opinion mo, mahalaga nga yun eh. I'm really sorry." He said and lowered his head.
She nodded. "Yung naramdaman ko noong mga oras na yun, parang binalewala mo lang yung takot ko. Yung kaba ko. I felt like you were rushing things, na nagiging pabigat na ako sayo." She said as a tear escapes her eye.
