八 (final?)

~Zane's p.o.v~

As i was fighting the heroes on the roof, the one with a hardening quirk, i thought back to what (y/n) said before our plan was put in action

"I know its gonna sound uncharacteristic of me but, try not to kill any heroes besides the ones targeted" (y/n) said, turning to Zane as he widened his eyes but nodded nontheless

I shook my head as the thought left my mind and continued fighting one of the targets, Bakugo Katsuki

He's suprisingly fast and strategic, his eyes are only on me and i'm probably also targeted by him and his glare

I saw Bakugo approach me with one of his hands shining a bright yellow-orange before he yelled 'DIE'

And as an explosion emitted from his palm, i jumped back a few metres as i landed on my legs and with a hand on the ground, the other one going to my thigh to grab the butterfly knife as i grinned and ran up to him after the smoke cleared

I extended my arm with the butterfly knife directly to his eye as he widened his eyes looking straight at me but then furrowing them as he grabbed my wrist and sent an explosion to my abdomen, making me cough and let go of my butterfly knife as it fell down like i did, holding on my stomach as i felt liquid drop down my palm and to the ground as i looked up at Bakugo

'fuck...where's (y-yn)..?'

~Your p.o.v~

'the building is probably empty by now...i can't hear any panicked screams anymore' i thought as the only sound passing through my ears was the sound of my footsteps

I stopped in my tracks when i felt a ray of sun hit my face, so warm and calming that a shiver went down my spine as i rotated my eyes together with my head to my right, seeing a bashed window twice my height

Coming up to it, i lifted my forearms and leaned them against the wooden window sill, seeing the suns last smile before it completely vanishes under the earth

"-getting off track again" you shook your head as you turned away, running in the direction you were going earlier

~(C/n)'s p.o.v~

I blocked my face for the upcoming punch coming from the brunette and dodged all her attemps to touch me

Just when i backed off a little, i was able to look at Zane and see-

"ZANE!!" i screamed as my eyes widened, pointing behind him but for not too long as the brunette pinned me face first on the ground with my hands behind my back

"ZANE LOOK OUT!" i screamed again but time seemed to have paused as one of our targets, being the hero Ground Zero, came from the air with a heated hand, pointed directly at Zane's back as he slowly turned his head

I already knew what was about to happen, so i closed my eyes and prayed, but when i only felt the ground shake and heard rocks breakign and falling on the floor, i reopened them to see fume emitting from where Zane was, but when it dissapeared into thin air, i only saw a huge hole in the wall of the entry door to the rooftop and Zane on the ground, and thats when i knew what happened

~Main p.o.v~

You lifted off of Zane as you looked behind you with furrowed brows and gritted teeth, feeling as a few veins popped in your forehead

"Was that intended, Ground Zero? Huh? Was it meant to go for his head?! That could've killed him!! Heroes aren't supposed to kill, right?"

You extended an arm out for Zane to grab and once he did, he lifted himself off the ground and let go of your hand
