It was beginning to...
If I'm being honest, I never would have even dared think that this day would come, but it arrived nonetheless, wrapped up so rather elegantly in the Twilight Renaissance tag on Tumblr; immediately dragging me into a frenzy of imagination.
It would be in this frenzy that Alejandro, Natalia/Vivialle, Evelina/Nevicata, Theodore, Catalina, and Anastasia would pop in my mind. So thank you, Twilight Renaissance tag for arousing deep memories of this Saga and making me fall in love with each character (despite the focus being on Edward and Bella).
In these next couple of paragraphs, you will find a short description of each original character and an image that closely resembles them, rules and warnings, a couple of guidelines for the story, and a (hopefully good) schedule of updates.

Catalina Montes

Catalina Montes is an Aloja (water nymphs correlated with wealth, that can transform into blackbirds; mostly known in Catalan folklore). Her appearance and formal way of dressing make her seem around at least 27-32 years old, and with humans, she sticks with the latter of the pair. She is married to Anastasia Montes and has four "adopted children". Carlisle and she are old friends that met from his time spent in Italy. Catalina is around 5'7"/1.7 Meters and has caramel brown curls that are usually tied up in a bun. Her true eye color is an emerald green (considered an abnormality for an Aloja; they're eyes are typically some shade of blue), but she wears contacts now and then. Her form could be considered lean and fit, with a slightly more muscular shape.
To strangers, she can come off as responsible and strict, but she is looser around her family and friends. Given any situation, she is cautious and aware of other's feelings on the situation and fluctuates her personality to suit whatever is going on.
Anastasia Montes

Anastasia Montes is a Rusalka (Known in Slavic folklore as water nymph/mermaid/witch as well, except more associated with violence in the later years). Although she may appear younger then her wife (looking to be around 23-27), she is older than her in the long run. She doesn't know Carlisle personally, but Catalina spoke highly of him, so she has an idea of what he's like. However, she is more closer to Charlie Swan as we dive deeper into the tale, and eventually Billy Black as well. Anastasia is quite tall, ranking in to be around 6'7"/2.01 Meters, and has platinum blonde curls that are usually sitting on her shoulders peacefully. More noticeable about her besides her height is the strikingly icy blue eyes, which occasionally will be replaced with contacts for fun. She is very slender, and especially graceful underwater (leading to a running nickname in the family of "Mermaid")
