Chapter 1

Johnny and Jaehyuns parents had arranged their marriage long before they were born.

Their fathers were business partner. They made a pact that their children would marry each other.

They grew up together as friends and when they were old enough their parents told them about the arrangement. Luckily they were already crushing on each other and when Jaehyun was 18 they got married.

After their marriage Johnny officially took over the mafia and the family business.

As a mutual decision among their parents and themselves they decided to keep the marriage a secret until the couple felt it was a good time.

Jaehyun got pregnant very soon after they married and had their son—who they named Youngho after Johnny.

Jaehyun graduated high-school early after he found out he was pregnant and took a year break before starting college.

Johnny ran the Mafia and the family company with everyone knowing who he was and jaehyun went to college everyday like a normal student with no one suspecting anything different.

At night jaehyun went home to his and Johnny's shared mansion with their son. Only their parents and their head security guard knew about it.

They'd kept the secret for 3 years. They never wore their wedding rings, never talked about each other, and never mentioned their son.

They planned to keep everything undisclosed for another year—when jaehyun graduated college.

Lately jaehyun had run into an issue. The son of the leader of another mafia going by the name of Minjun had been flirting and trying to get with him. He hadn't told Johnny because he knew it'd make for a world of trouble.

Some of johnnys crew had been keeping tabs on Minjun and watching as he bothered Jaehyun. Of course they didn't know jaehyun had any connections with Johnny they were just watching Minjun because they knew his past.

Jaehyun also didn't know they were watching him or he would've shut it down a long time ago.

It had been a few weeks since everything had started and today Minjun got a bit rough. That was enough for Johnnys guys to tell him about the situation. Only to get it taken care of, they didn't know how much trouble it was going to cause.

Jaehyun was walking to his class minding his business when his arm was gripped and he was pulled somewhere.

"Let go of me asshole" jaehyun yanked his arm away looking up rolling his eyes "what do you want minjun?"

"You're mine. I'm not taking no for an answer" Minjun smirked

Jaehyun rolled his eyes "No can do buddy. Much rather date someone else. You are and forever will be a no." Jaehyun pushed Minjun off of him walking away

"Next time I'm not going to be as nice." Minjun growled out as jaehyun walked away.

Jaehyun just rolled his eyes and went to class.

Mark and Haechan were outside and saw the whole thing. They called and told Johnny just because they though Minjun was being to rough and knew he had a past with hurting people.

"Mark. What do you need?" Johnny answered the phone

"You know minjun?"

"Of course i know him."

"Well he's been bothering this 3rd year named jaehyun for like a month now, he's winwin hyungs friend. And he just pushed him to a wall yelled some stuff and when jaehyun walked away he said 'next time I'm not going to be as nice' do you want us to do something about him?"

From the time Johnny heard 'Jaehyun' he was pissed.

"I'll deal with it." Johnny hung up

Mark shrugged and told Haechan Johnny was going to deal with it and they went on about their business.

When jaehyun got back home that afternoon Johnny was waiting for him which was unusual.

"Why are you home so early?" Jaehyun asked as he put Youngho down to play with his toys and put his bag down.

"Why didn't you tell me about Minjun?" Johnny asked. His voice was serious.

Jaehyun sighed "who told you?"

"That doesn't matter. Let me see your arm" Johnny spoke

Jaehyun sighed and walked over lifting his sleeve showing the very prominent bruise where Minjun had grabbed him.

"You should've told me before he got physical. You know his past. You know what he's capable of. You put yourself at risk for harm." Johnny spoke

"I didn't want to cause trouble. I can handle myself. I just don't want to mess things up"

"Mess what up?"

"You don't want people to know about me. So I can't just say 'I'm married to a mafia leader who will kill you if you touch me' or beat someone's ass because they'll know I do something related to mafia from my training." Jaehyun spoke

"It's not that I don't want people to know about you. I will show you off to the world as soon as you want me to. You and our son are the things I'm most proud of."

"I've always wanted you to!" Jaehyun yelled frustrated

"Then why didn't you tell me that?"

"Because I thought you didn't want people to know about me."

"If you're ready for people to know then we will tell them. It will be settled tomorrow because you're mine and I want the world to know you're mine. I don't want others to flirt with you. I need you with me at work instead of having to have secret meeting with you alone. You're literally the one who plans our operations safely and no one knows who you are. I want to show you and our son off and make sure no one tries to take you from me. But I want to make sure that's what you want. Are you ready for that exposure?" Johnny spoke

"I want people to know I'm with you. I want to go to work. I'm tired of hiding, of pretending. I want to be able to claim my child and my husband publicly. I want to wear my wedding ring and I want be friends with everyone." Jaehyun spoke

"Then you don't have to hide anymore. I don't want to pretend either." Johnny pulled jaehyun into a hug.

Jaehyun relaxed in Johnnys arms, soon there was a little tap on his leg and he looked down seeing Youngho.

"Hugs?" Youngho put his arms up making both of them smile

"Of course" jaehyun picked him up and they joined in a hug.

"I love you two" Johnny spoke after a few minutes

"We love you too" Jaehyun mumbled into Johnnys chest.
