The time machine

You gaze into the flashing lights of the time machine that you built and smile. "It's finally done" you say with confidence . You walk over to it and step inside. The control panel had buttons of various colors all blinking wildly. You set the time to yesterday just to test it out. The door slides shut and you get enveloped in smoke. The engine whirred and cried, you shielded your ears from all the various sounds overlapping each other. The machine began to violently shake and bounce, you felt like vomiting but you held it in. Suddenly the machine stopped and the noises silenced. The door opened slowly and you gasped in fear. You were outside and there were animals that you've never seen before roaming the lands. You were in caveman times! You overwhelmed with fear when suddenly you see a figure scurry through the bushes...
