"Beomgyu.." Star whispered as she held Jackson's hand as Jackson looked up at her, he knew she couldn't forget him, but it still broke his heart. He didn't blame her.
It wasn't her fault, unknowingly, she was lying to everyone, including herself. She was using him to escape from the pain, and he knew why. He knew the little states at Beomgyu, he knew everything. He didn't want her to regret anything in her life.
Quietly, he removed the ring from Stars hand and kept it in a box. "Let this be a token of our friendship instead then" He muttered in Chinese and left the room, upon seeing Beomgyu enter.
Maybe it's better for it to be like that, maybe they weren't meant to be, but Jackson knew, he never regretted giving up on her, or dating her.

Beomgyu entered the room and arranged the plushies on the bed properly until he realized something was missing. He looked at Star's hand and saw the ring, placed there by Jackson was missing.
Scared, he ran out to find him and asked Jackson in English," where the ring?" Jackson shook his head and smiled wistfully, " maybe it's better this way" He smiled at Beomgyu and gave him a pat on the shoulder.
"珍惜她如金，因为她曾经是我的全世界" he said in Chinese and left the room, " I will visit her tomorrow, I need to redo my schedules " Jackson nodded at Beomgyu and left, as a tear rolled down his face.
