"Yes, Neferpitou-sama." She said in her monotonous voice and then left the room.

'[Name]? Isn't that the human girl's name? The one Pitou captured in the forest?' Pouf questioned as he heard Pitou explain some things to her. Then, Pitou looked at Youpi and Pouf.

"This is [Name]. She will be the King's new Royal Guard."

"Hello. I'm willing to follow the King and his wishes like you three." The silverette said while bowing at them.

'Some days passed by and now 6 days remain before Neferpitou begins the selection... And before the battle begins. I just hope she won't decide to come back to this body... Or else she'll mess up my plans. And as of now, the King's defeating the masters of Shogi, Go, Chess, and other board games. So far, so good.'

I was leading a young blind girl to where the King was. She's the World Gungi Champion. I couldn't help but to smile gently at her...

We took a right and we were standing in front of the doorway. I saw Youpi, Pouf and the King reading a book. I told her to walk straight and I bowed down on one knee as the King saw me.

"[Name], stay here beside me." He said with those cold eyes piercing me.

"Yes." I stood up and walked to him and then stood beside him.

I saw the blind girl bowing down, "Th-Thank you for infighting me- For inciting me..."

"No need for small talk. You and I will play Gungi. Right now, I am learning the rules, so you must wait." The King said to her.

The blind girl lifted her head a bit, "Huh? You don't sound like the Supreme Leader."

"He's dead. Now I am the King." He replied.

"I'm s-so sorry. Please forgive me! I'm only a fool, one who knows nothing of the outside world! I can't even talk normally..."

I frowned sadly at the girl.

"You are distracting me. Be silent. Or I'll kill you." The King said and the girl placed her finger on her lips and kept quiet. Minutes later the King closed the rule book, "Okay, I basically understand." He gave me the rule book and when we looked at the girl... She was on the floor.

"What's wrong?" The King asked and I kneeled down to look at her, "It appears she passed out. After you told her to be quiet, she shut her mouth... And since her nose was stuffed up, it seems she was unable to breathe..." I said.

"This is an uncommonly stupid girl." The King said and as he was preparing the game, I had already awaken the blind girl.

She was scratching the back of her neck with a nervous smile, "Yeah, that was embarrassing! I can't even do things a baby can. My parents are always yelling at me..."

I could hear the King sigh, "Just play the game."

"Yes! I'm honored to play against you." She said happily and when she opened her eyes, the atmosphere changed.

"You can see with your eyes?" The King questioned,

"No, I can't see a thing. So would you please tell me your moves?" She asked kindly and I began to read the rules of playing Gungi.

"I only open them when I play. If it bothers you, I can try to close them..." I heard her say.

"I don't care." The King replied and she made the first move,

"4-4-1, pawn."

I quietly yawned as the two were still playing. They played for a lot of hours while I was standing next to the King this whole time. I sighed as I thought I'm still human...
