Missing children?

     The children gush in awe as their eyes witness the Banks of Seine. The only person there that wasn't excited from head to toe was Lila herself, who was too busy googling ways to ruin people's lives. (But I don't plan on having her in the fanfiction much. She's a bitch.)
"I can't believe we're actually here!" Kim yells out with glee as he glances down the river.
"It is pretty believable since the Banks aren't too far from where we live," Max states out to Kim. "But the Banks are pretty enjoyable to look at,"
     "Ondine should be here too from her other school too," Kim happily chirps out with glee as he holds out a small box covered in mermaid theme wrapping paper. "It's nothing special, but I'm sure she'll like it,"
    "Good for you Kim," Max says to him before checking to see if the teacher is speaking.
    "Now class," Miss Boustier calmly says to them in joy. "We have to make sure no one gets lost in this trip, so I'm assigning you partners to make sure no one gets lost,"
    "I'll be happy as long as with my Adrikens," Chloe happily says, but a second later, her eyes grow wide in shock. "Or Sabrina of course,"
Chloe looks towards Sabrina with a small smile on her face, and she can't help but feel excitement overflow her. Before Chloe knew it, Sabrina dashes to her and pounces on her like a tiger, forcing her into a tight hug.
"Oh thank you Chloe!!!" Sabrina screams out in joy and Chloe gasps for breath.
"Now I want Adrien," Chloe thinks to herself, but lets Sabrina continue to hug her.
Marinette couldn't help but smile herself at Sabrina and Chloe, and she glances at the rest of her class. However, the second she sees Adrien, she couldn't help but freak out, so she hides behind a small potted tree.
"Marinette, what are you doing?" Tiki whispers to her as she slightly peaks her head out of her bag. "I know it's hard for you but he'll never find out about your feelings for him. You have to tell him,"
"But what if he doesn't like me that way!!!" Marinette speaks out quietly, but quickly goes into a panic. "It'll be the most humiliating moment of my life, and on Valentine's Day too! He'll think I'm weird and over time, our friendship that we once had will be nothing but smoke! I.... I..."
"You can't let those fears get to you Marinetee," Tiki says in a calm and comforting tone. "All you have to do is gain the courage to tell him,"
Marinette takes a long and deep breath and glances up at the sky. The fresh air and beautiful weather always made her feel better. A part of her feels more relaxed, like her problems were all fading away, but then, another part of her is still stressed out.
"Maybe today will be the day," Marinette softly says to her, barely loud enough for Tiki to hear.
"And no matter what, I'll be there for you," Tiki happily says to Marinette.
"Thanks Tiki," Marinette happily exclaims as she looks back down to her. "I don't know what I would do without you,"
"Marinette!!!" Ayla calls out to her as she runs runs over to her, causing Marinette to freak out. "Stop playing hide and seek! We are about to explore the Banks!"
"Ahh!!!" Marinette screams out, tripping over herself and accidentally knocking over the plotted tree.
    "Come on. Miss Boustier partnered you up with me!!!" Ayla happily screams out as she hugs her. "This trip is going to be so much fun. I already have sone photage of the Banks. All I need is some lovers for my blog,"
     Marinette only smiles as she heads down to the Banks with Ayla. Of course some other groups tagged along just for fun. Rose and Juleka were apart from the group while nuzzling eachother watching the sun particles shine against the water.
     Only a few boats passed by as well as an hour. Most of the class could watch the rivers without no end. Nino and Adrien were making sure no one else was watching them, for the sake of his privacy. After that, Marinette, Ayla, Alix, Melanie, Nathaniel, Nino, Adrien, and Ivan were sitting on some benches chatting about the day.
    "I can't believe Kim and Ondine are with eachother right now!!!" Alix exclaims in excitement as she skates down the path. "Miss Boustier may have partnered us but I just decided to let them have their fun,"
    "That's great!!!" Melanie says out in joy. "Seeing those two together is so nice, especially since he is over Chloe now,"
    "Where is Chloe anyway?" Ivan says out of the blue while narrowing his eyes and glancing in every direction. "She would never let a huge group like us be together without her joining us and boasting about how great she is,"
     "Who cares?" Alix groans out as she leans her back against the railing. "This is Chloe we're talking about. It's nice to get some peace and quiet for a change,"
"But something could have happened to her," Marinette says out in concern as she glances along the Banks. "I don't see her anywhere,"
"She probably went shopping. There's nothing to worry about girl," Ayla happily states as she holds out her cellphone, ready to take a selfie with the rest of the class. "Now...."
All of a sudden, the ground begins to shake, causing every student to fall against the ground. Their legs ache in slight pain as they try to stand up, only to tumble down once more.
"Which Akuma causes the ground to shake like that?" Nathaniel asks out of curiousity before falling over once again.
"I don't think I want to find out!" Melanie yells out in fear.
"Ha ha ha ha ha!!!" A voice crackles out so loudly that the entire city may have heard. "Oh Chloe! Where are you you little brat?! I just have a certain type of Ivy for you with your name on it if you come out to play,"
A lady whoose dress is made entirely out of flowers stands on a tall green vine that raises themselves above buildings. Her eyes are red with a hint of purple on the edges while her skin is a mix of light and dark green. She has a small gardening hat on top of her head with a pink ribbon. With every step she takes the vines reach out, preventing her from falling.
"What do we do?!" Nathaniel asks everyone as he stares at the lady in disbelief.
"We have to hide until the lady is defeated!" Ivan yells out as he signals everyone to run off back to the bus.
Most of the kids agree as they ran off, and Marineete peeks to see if anyone is watching her. She looks around to see if anyone else is missing, only to realize Ayla and Adrien are no where to be seen.
"Ayla!!!" Marinette calls out in a frantic tone as she runs down the banks, trying to find them. "Adrien!!!"
"Ladybug and Chat Noir will be the only ones to stop that lady!" Ayla yells out in excitement as she readies her phone to record the attack. "Here we are with another attempt for an akuma to go rampant on the city. This time, she has the abilieties to bend vines to her will like that villain from the DC comics named..."
"We have to go Ayla!!!" Marinette yells out as she drags Ayla away and back to the bus.
"Oh come on Marinette, someone has toget the scoop on what's going on," Ayla whines out as most of the student were already in their seats. "And I could be missing the most epic shot of Ladybug defeating the Vine Snarler!!!"
"The Vine Snarler?" Marinette speaks out in confusing.
"Hey, her name is a work in progress,"
Right after Ayla steps onto the bus, Marinette quickly runs off into a small alley with a determined look on her face.
"Tiki, Spots on!!!"
Back on the bus, everyone was still waiting for the teacher and the driver to return, hoping to escape as soon as possible, except Ayla.
"I'm pretty sure that the only way to stop these akumas is to make Chloe a mute," Alix grunts out.
"Isn't that a little bit too cruel?" Rose asks.
"Everything Chloe does is cruel!!!" Alix nearly yells out as she smashes her forehead against the seat in front of her. "We just lost our day off from school because of her!"
"Wait a minute.... the Vine Snarler would have clearly been here by now if Chloe was on the bus with us," Juleka points out as she glances out the window. "Chloe and Sabrina must still be out there,"
"Where is Marinette?" Ayla asks out loud. "She was the one that forced me on the bus but she gets to run off? I'm going after her!!!"
"Adrien is gone too!!!" Nino exclaims. "I have to go with you Ayla!!"
"If Adrien and Marinette are gone we have to find them!!!" Ivan loudly says as he stand up from his seat. "We can't just ditch them,"
"I'm in too," Rose squeaks out in excitement as she pratically jumps up from her chair.
"Then lets go save our friends!" Ayla yells out to the entire class.
"Aren't we being a bit restless?" Nathiel softly speaks up, but no one heard him. "We would just be putting ourselves at risk as well and Marinette and Adrien are always missing but turn up okay in the end....."
Before he can finish his statement, half of the bus was full of empty seats, leaving a confused Nathaniel watching them head offf to either save their friends, or their doom.
