"You could leave him." I said matter-of-factly.
"Why, Luke?"
"Because I'm sick and tired of seeing my best friend upset. Do you think that's easy for me?"
"Fine, Luke. Tell my why I should break up with him."
"All our friends basically hate him, he has no future, let's be honest. And he barely takes you out."
"We had a date on Friday!" Ashton said defensively.
"Yeah, and he was late."
"At least he showed up." He muttered.
"He made you pay, in fact, he does that all the time!"
"He paid for ice cream that one time at the park!"
"Oh my God Ashton, do you hear yourself?! He's blinded you with his stupid act!"
"Well I'm sorry you don't approve of my boyfriend! Who do you suggest would better for me, huh?"
"Me."
