(TFP Starcee) Unexpected Turn of Events

Once The Truth Is Spoken, Choas Is Born

Arcee woke up to an empty bed side as she rose from under the covers and rubbed her optics awake, she knew that her mate already awake. She just sighed and lead back against the head board and closed her optics, trying to remember what she dreamt about last night. Now that her mood swings have piped down a lot and she was no longer throwing playful punches at her mate when he left early in the morning without telling her, nut she had gotten used to it, because normally she would wake up at 10/11:30am from her aching body keeping her up most of the night. She yawned and slowly got out of bed and went for a oil shower, once she was done and dried off she looked herself over in the mirror, her belly was huge now but it was only going to get bigger with seven more months to go and her poor back couldn't take it anymore. Once bulkhead had offered to make her a wheel chair for to use but she kindly refused his generosity, although it was an idea for the future just in case something happened.
Arcee walked down the halls of the base and entered into the main room to see ratchet in his usual area and the kids sitting on the couch watching tv, it was school holidays for the young children and they spent everyday in the autobots base with their guardians,  much ratchets's discomfort and for begged the time gods to speed up the earths days and send the kids back to school.
"Good morning everyone" Arcee announced and everyone turned to look at her with smiles all around, well except for ratchet who only nodded and spoke calmly.
"Good morning Arcee did you recharge well last night?" Doc bot asked, looking away for the computer, for past many months now he has been studying about sparklings needs and everything about the delivery procedure to insure nothing will go wrong.
"Yes I did, but there were a few times where I had woken up during the night because of my back, but thank you for asking ratch" she said tiredly and she went over to the kids.
"Hey Arcee wanna watch your favourite musical movie?!" Miko called out from the couch.
"What Frozen again?" Arcee jokingly said and heard ratchet in the background groan very loudly and said in a irritated voice.
"No! Anything but that!" All three humans giggled, including Arcee then Miko said through tears of laughter.
"Haha n-no silly hehe War of the Worlds"
"Oh well I guess that's not too bad" ratchet admitted and soon after Miko putted on the stage production movie, the movie was about these aliens coming from Mars taking over the planet. Humans films were actually pretty fun to watch but ratchet being the old both he is, he would rather listen to the music and songs the humans sang.
During the movie Arcee had asked about where the others were and rafael had told her that were out looking for ancient relics that have learnt about long a ago.

The autobots are currently walking through a huge cave.

It was dark and the only lights they used were their head lights on their alt forms, instead of Starscream of course who walked in between bumblebee and smokescreen with Bulkhead and Optimus walking in front of them, it seem like the cave went on forever and ever, so to pass up the time smokescreen turned his helm to Starscream and asked out of curiosity.
"Hey Starscream is it true that all pure seekers are born in trines?" He asked quietly.
The seeker was puzzled by the question at first but answered it naturally, sense it was a well known question among the young grounders race.
"Yes, that is a well known fact about pure seekers as I am too a part of a trine with my older and younger brothers" Starscream replied while keeping his optics forward. Bulkhead was listening in the on the starting conversation and he looked over his shoulder while walking.
"Wait, you were a middle child?" The green wrecker asked, surprised by what Starscream said.
"Yep I was, but it always felt like I had to take control most of the time because they would never take anything seriously" Starscream grumpily said with a hint of sadness. "But as annoying as they were I do miss them a lot"
":what happened to them?:" bee asked through beeps. The new autobot turned to the yellow scout.
"Oh no there not dead, they're living there lives in the far corners of space with their families. Well I hope so" he explained.
"What are their designations?" Bulkhead asked.
"My oldest brother is Thundercracker and the youngest in my trine is skywarp, thunder was always the calculated and caring one while sky was always getting in trouble with his short temper" Starscream explained with more enthusiasm. He truly missed his brothers and he felt deep regret for what he did to skyquack after when he found out that dreadwing is he brother.
"Would that make you an uncle then Starscream?" Smokescreen asked with slight realisation as he thought that he would have six nieces and nephews out there waiting for him.
"Yeah I suppose but I'm not sure, we have no way of contacting each other"Starscream sighed as they all continued onward with there long walk.
"And there is no need for you to feel sad anymore Starscream, because your brothers are safe from this war and you must protect your family, and I only wish that this war will not disrupt your sparklings future" Optimus chimed in but he did not turn around as he saw that they we're getting close to the relics location, the other four autobots were a bit surprised and Starscream thanked the last prime for his wisdom and pride to care for others. They all stop walking and their leader pointed the tracking devise towards one of the rocky walls, the devise was beeping loudly and he turned to bulkhead who knew what to do and Optimus stood out of the way for the wrecker to bring out his huge club like weapon and reel it back and then smashed the wall, the cave vibrated from the shock with a few rocks falling from the ceiling, Optimus and the others made sure to keep an optic on their surroundings to make sure that it didn't collapse when bulkhead smashed the wall again with more hits.
Starscream's claustrophobia fear grew immediately high as he remembered the last time he was trapped in the mines and Mech's sick experiment room, then he remembered thatwhen both scenarios happened, Arcee was there to help, well even though the first time she merely spared him with the embarrassment of holding up the ceiling. But the second time he will never forget, she calmed him down and they worked together. That memory alone is what settled his nerves until he heard someone softly shushing in the far end of the cavern and he squinted his optics enough into the darkness to see a faint red frame in the hiding in the distance and he instantly recognised that paint job anywhere.
"Smokescreen it's the decepticons are here" He whispered and smokescreen spun around and his headlights lit up the entire cavern and saw a squad of decepticons. In a matter of nanoklicks everyone drew out their weapons and began to fire upon each other. Shot after shot of blue and red,  each side fired their guns and dodged behind large boulders for cover.
"Bumblebee get the relic and bridge yourself back to base now!" Optimus ordered, bee nodded and ran from his hiding place and grabbed the container and was about to open it until he got hit the side, he whirled out in pain and dropped the relic to clasp his burning side and felt warm glowing energon blood seep from the wound. Smokescreen ran over to him then pick bee up and tried to contacted base but only static came as a response to his sos.
Knockout charged forward with his electric rob in servo with his vehicons following behind him. Optimus brought out his right blade and ran at them and killed two drones and punched one against the wall, bulkhead took down three drones at once then smashed some more to the ground with his hammer. Starscream was mostly watching knockout as it seemed like the red mech was going to attack him, and he was right as the cherry red mech thrusted his rod forward at Starscream, but the seeker dodged it quickly and slashed out with his claws and managed to get four long scratch marks across knockout's right shoulder, the con gasped in shock and growled deeply and waved his rod out towards Starscream again who kept on dodging the attacks with expert moves. But after a few failed attempts knockout stopped and smugly said while twirling the rod around his left servo at a fast pass.
"So after all this time Starscream you have been siding with the autobots, how weak" knockout insulted and surprised the traitor by round housing him in the chest causing Starscream to be smashed against the wall and just before he could recover knockout held the rod up against Starscream's throat, forcing his rival to choke. "Oh and tell me Starscream who is the unlucky femme to suffer the unfortunate booty call gone wrong accident" He teased evilly and pushed harder on the rod against Starscream's throat, it was obvious that the decepticons over heard their conversation and he needed to do something to stop from him telling Megatron, but he growled and thought about Arcee and he said.
"Guh! s-s-she's none of GUHH! Your businesses!!" Starscream coughed harshly, trying to use all of his strength to push away knockout but somehow he had the upper hand.
"Oh I'm going to find out one way or another Starscream or do I have to find her myself" knockout threatened and that gave Starscream the raging strengthen to kick him in the chest, sending him flying to ground with a loud crash. The rod slipped from his servos and skipped over to Starscream's peds, he picked it up and it sparked to life as he aimed the dangerous end directly at knockout's petty little face.
"Stay away from my family and the autobots or else-" Starscream was cut off when knockout kicked out one of his peds and while Starscream was falling forward, knockout upper cut him under his pointy chin. The silver mech cried out in pain and fell back to floor and against the wall in a sitting position, knockout snatched his electric rod away from Starscream servos and jabbed it into his chest, right where his new insignia was. Starscream cried out in surprise as he felt the painless shocks go through his entire frame, to him it felt like a tickle. Starscream then closed his optics to make it look like he passed out from the "pain", after two months of being shocked into submission by a tiny man with his even tinier remote, the silver mech was fine and now nothing can phase him.
Knockout pulled the rod away with a satisfied grin while looking at his handy work. Starscream waited until he felt knockout kick his leg and then the supposedly unconscious Starscream leapt up at knockout with his claws out and grabbed the red mech by the shoulders and dropped kicked him in stomach to the other side of the cave. Knockout gasped out blood on impact from his intake and slid down the wall to the ground, in his blurry vision he saw Starscream walking towards him and bent down on one knee in front of knockout. The con slowly looked up to stare straight into his old commanders optics and saw....the look of sadness mixed with pity in his in once blood thirsty red optics.
And then in a soft voice the ex-con said "You've helped me in many stressful situations and you have always healed my wounds when Megatron used to beat me into a bloody pulp. But now it's your turn to heal your own wounds, I know you don't believe in the decepticons cause after what happened to breakdown." He then helped knockout up to his peds, "And I'm not talking to you like an autobot, I'm talking to you as a friend" he had one servo on his friend's scratched shoulder for comfort, knockout just fell silent as he thought deeply about what Starscream said, after when his step brother breakdown was killed by airachnid, he had no one to talk to about his amazing paint job and help him in the medical bay anymore, and now the strangest thing of all was that Starscream is showing genuine kindness to him. Even after he scratched his paint job once or twice.
Before knockout could reply another squadron on vehicons came running in and firing at them and bulkhead got the relic and called out the others, then Optimus called in a ground bridge even though it was a bit troublesome for ratchet back in base but he manage to get one open and everyone went through and smokescreen was the last one through after calling out to Starscream to hurry up. Starscream ran over to the portal but before he left he turned back to knockout and he said.
"Please think about what I said before it's too late" and then he left with the portal closing behind him, leaving knockout in deep thought and the vehicons were asking him if he is alright and he stayed silent all the way back to the nemesis ship.
