I was finally home after that long day; I didn't have any homework I couldn't do in the morning while talking to Shane and Rowan in homeroom. I threw my backpack next to the stairs that led up to my room.
"How was your first day Kat?" Dad asked.
"Amazing, I already have a bunch of friends, I think this will be a fun mission." I said smiling
"Well I'm glad, just be careful darling." He said nervously
"I know Daddy, when aren't I careful??" I asked. "Well, I'll be in my room I guess." I said.
I went upstairs to my room and jumped on my bed. I took out the list of cell numbers Violet gave me and put them into my phone. I immediately started texting Violet and Scarlette. (First line is Violet/Kat conversation. Second is Scarlette/Kat conversation. Third is Shane/Kat.)
