"See ya Amanda!" my friend Tibby called after me as I walked home.
I turned and waved as I about fell while walking backwards, I laughed at my clumsiness.
Earbuds went into my ears- AGH! Woah, up too loud. Laughing silently again. I guess I'm just klutzy... I opened my front door passing my dad in the living room not saying a word. We don't talk much, only at dinner.
I threw my pile of books onto my bed and plopped down with them. My eyes drooped down... ... ... *BEEEEP* My computer called me to come to it, guess I had a video request. I've been doing this for a while now, you know, meeting new people and making friends.
The white box read- Xavier Hundt. Mt guy friend that I've been talking to for about a year... he's kinda dirty though... But c'mon what 8th grader isnt?
I didnt have much homework 'cause I did most of it at Tibbs. My computer beeped again. Ok only for a little while...
"Hey," I smiled at Xavier who wasnt even paying attention, "you gonna say something?
"Wha-HEY! Sup?" He replied after I ended his day dream.
"Haha, nothing really... juat got back from a friends house. What about you?"
"Chillin, talkin to a cute guurl" he smiled.
"Hm I wonder who that could be...Kinda weird cause I'm talkin to a cute guuy."
"Well spank you beautiful" Yes he did mean thank you.
"You're full of it." I joked at his 'joke' and name calling.
"Full of telling you the truth about what I want and how you look"
I didnt answer I just smiled and looked at him. We sat for a couple minutes, I was waiting for him to say something. I sat up and his eyes immediatly went to my chest.
"Flash me?"
"...Ha-ha-ha, you're funny. No."
"C'mon please? I ask you all the time and you never do. You dont trust me or something, cant a guy be curious?"
"Xavier... Gosh, I do trust you it's just..."
"Just what? C'mon pleease?" He smiled at me trying to flirt.
What the heck? He has been asking for a while... "Ok, fine ready?"
"Hold on!" He grabbed something off his desk "Ok. Ready."
I held the bottom of my shirt and lifted for a couple of seconds making it possible to see my face too, my shirt wen down. "Well?"
He grinned, "Gosh you're beautiful."
"You've told me. You like?"
"Cause it's true, and yeah I love."
My mom called my name, "Oh, I gotta go. Talk to you... Tomorrow?"
"I cant tomorrow is Friday, I'm goin on a trip. This Sunday?"
"Alright fine, sounds good."
"Bye Amanda, love you!"
"Bye Xavier! Love you too" I waved and exited the chat.
And that is what started this whole big mess.
